Excellent. Installation crew was able to start a day earlier than scheduled which was great. Crew worked directly for Tim Hogan, was not a random contractor. They stayed the next day until job was done. Fit and finish and details exceeded expectations.

<p>Went extremely well due to the Proactive efforts by the staff! I never had to call them! They got things in days when it initially looked to be weeks. Did all these jobs sequentially, so it's not like I got special treatment because I was spending a ton of money.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>You will never feel ripped off! Going with anyone else is just taking a real gamble!</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The guys that installed the carpets used the latest and greatest stretching tools to ensure the carpets were put in place without any sags or bumps. Excellent job! </p> <br />

<p>It is awesome flooring. The guys that installed the floor did not typically start till around 10 am, but when they got here they worked hard. The installation crew started on the 20th and next thing I know 4 of them showed up on the 21ST and they finished putting down all the flooring. I had a project to replace about 6 ft of baseboard and I had already purchased the baseboard. What would of taken me 2+ hours getting set up and doing the work they put that baseboard down for me in about 5 minutes. I was so thankful for that. If anyone was to ask me I would recommend this company in a heartbeat to have their floors redone. When I do have additional flooring needs and I will, I will come to Tim Hogan's flooring.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>As I checked around I found some lower pricing, but I never got a warm fuzzy feeling like I got when I talked to Vickie at Tim Hogan's flooring, she was just awesome from coming out to our house to measure for the flooring to making sure we were ready to get the floors done.</p> <p><br /></p> <p>The installers that came to the house were the best from work to cleaning up. Heck if they were general contractors I would hire them as trusting the people who do the work is so important and they were very trustful and hard working.</p> <br />

I was referred to Tim Hogan's in Southaven, MS by a family member who had recently used them. I went to the store and met Vickie who provided great service and was very knowledgeable too. After coming to our house twice to measure and bring samples, we finally made our decision on which carpet to purchase. Our carpet was installed yesterday by one of their installation crews. These guys called, like they said they would, on the way to our home. They were on time, got to work immediately, worked the entire time (4 hours) with no breaks and no lunch, and did quality work. Just as important, to me at least, they were friendly, respectful, cleaned up everything, and seemed like they really enjoyed what they were doing. An overall great experience and would definitely recommend using them. <br />

Friendly sales personnel were extremely helpful in providing options and offering possibilities. She was knowledgeable in providing answers to our questions and detailing product information. We visited the store one morning, and the sales associate was at our door later that same afternoon to measure. She was a pleasure to work with! An appointment was scheduled that day for a next week installation. <br /> <br /> The two installers (father and son) were prompt, experienced, professional, and hard working taking few breaks and there was no idle chitchat! The quarter round matched perfectly and the installers left the residence clean and free of debri. <br /> <br /> Installed flooring included luxury vinyl tile, laminate, and hardwood. We are extremely pleased with our choice to use TIM HOGAN'S Carpet and Floors in Southaven. We would eagerly recommend them and plan on using them again!

We were pleased. We got a quick response, quick service. and a quality job. They charge $150 for the first hour and then $85 for each hour after that. We were happily surprised that it only took them one hour for our carpets. <br />

I found out about the suprise of the carpet purchase and installation by a notice from the credit card company of a large purchase. <br /> I was out of town and came home to the new carpet. My wife was very pleased start to finish.

They were real quick and very thorough. The salesperson came out to measure and they don't charge for that but lot of them charge to come out and do a measurement. If you don't use them then you lose out that money but they don't charge for measurement. They were patient and very helpful. They spent an extreme amount of time here in the house with me figuring out what would be the best carpet. They brought plenty of samples after talking to me and figuring out which way I wanted to go. The installation crew was excellent.

We had several quotes done on flooring and this was the best for the complete job. Our salesperson, Amanda, was low-pressure - not at all like some of the "used car salesman-type" that we dealt with at other locations. The installers were supposed to be here between 9-12 and they were here at 930 and ready to work! They were polite and had the carpet removed in minutes. Of course, we had the furniture out of the way for them. They installed the Master and Living Room in a little over 5 hours. They returned the next morning and finished with the bedrooms and hall. The flooring looks great! We are doing our own 1/4 round, so we asked for a few tips from the installers, but they were more than willing to give advice. They even helped us move some of the big pieces of furniture back into place. We are very happy with the service and the workmanship.

Tim did a beautiful job with everything. He was actually recommended to me by friends. The carpet and the hardwood floors look great. Nothing is wrinkled up on the carpet and nothing is scratched on the floors either. I would say that they have performed a job well done and definitely deserve a recommendation.
