Rob was great to work with. The house was painted great and was completed before expected. I would use him again for all rooms of the house! He also took down and replaced all the blinds.

I think he did an excellent and outstanding job. I give him as many stars you can give to rate him. I just think he's the best and nobody can compare to his work as far as I'm concerned. He knows how to do it all in a field of being a contractor and a builder. He also has a background in business management. He returns all my calls whenever I need to talk to him about his services.

I’m just in the early stages of filing suit for one of the contractors that used to be with you guys. I got him when he used to be with you guys. I guess he’s no longer with you? He just totally ignores our phone calls now that he got our six thousand dollars. This has been going on for months now. Nice guy and everything, younger guy. He’s got all these problems that he tells us, every time why he can’t come out. We’re trucking our own settlement, 3 months. Real polite, real “way to get the job done” type person and gets you the best for your money, but he came down with the lies to much or whatever. I really hate to do it against him, but I’ve got to get my money back. His name is Robert. I did file some pre-papers with the county. If we didn’t hear from him today by 4-4:30 we would file the papers against him. It was supposed to start on May 25th. He came out almost a month before that. He told us that he had some job that was finishing up and his guys would no longer have to be there, so he would do the finishing with me on the 25th. Then they made that the 30th, then the first of June and it just kept going on like that. At least once a week or more. They started by opening up the wall that took about 45 minutes and to tear out some carpeting. It took probably a total of 4 hours maybe. May 25th was when they were supposed to be out here doing the work, but it didn’t work that way. I don’t know when he tore out the wall, just recently. By tearing out walls, I mean 2 studs, he opened the existing wall that was there. The painting had to be done after all the other stuff was done. He had to drywall the living room and he had to put some electrical in. He didn’t finish it. The cost was $6000 – he took the whole $6000 by mistake. We figured he would do some more stuff, but I that was off the record I guess. Let me see what happens, he is supposed to bring me a check today, but I doubt it. I would give him a D – the only reason I don’t give him an E, is because he is a very nice, younger man, clean shaven, whether he does drugs or not, I don’t know, so he’s a good person that way, but otherwise, it would be an E. Their price was very good. They didn’t do anything so not applicable on quality. Responsiveness a C - every now and again, he would call me right back. It depends on what comes out of this one, but if he comes out and does the work, I would consider using him again.
