"Thank you for your review and sharing your experience. An important detail, thats missing, is while we were doing a leak check on your system - with the water valve slightly cracked (to identify any drips) - you personally (mistakenly) turned the water valve in the wrong direction (full blast) resulting in water pouring out of your system. And although we were prepared to do a leak search using a slight drip, we were not prepared for a customer to get involved with the installation and mistakenly handle a very serious valve incorrectly. We understood this was an innocent mistake and agreed to replace the warped plank that your personal contractor said needed to be replaced. "An easy fix" - is how he described it. However, we can not agree to your request to pull up two entire separate rooms flooring to repair a damaged plank in the hallway. Especially when your own flooring contractor said it was unnecessary and beyond the scope of a typical repair. We are more than happy to replace the damaged flooring that we (you and our installers) damaged together. - Additionally, it was brought to our attention that your floor was, in part, damaged due to a pre-existing water leak. Which was confirmed by your May 1-Star Yelp review of a different HVAC company, that stated "Had a leaking water heater and after ten days still no ok from ahs to replace it.""
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], I'm sorry, however, there is no way to make your system heat and cool at the same time. We’ve been out five times for the same reason. You’re setting one room on heat and the other on cool. It is simply not possible. This is causing an error code. We told you this as did the system's manufacturer (who you screamed profanities at). There isn't an air conditioning condenser - in the world - that can provide heating and cooling at the same time. It's like asking a car to go forwards and backwards at the same time. There is no problem with your equipment."
"9/7/2016 1. After installing your unit in 2013, you complained of poor airflow to a specific room. We explained, due to limited space, it was not possible to modify the ductwork - which is original to the home. You were displeased, and I understand, however we can only work with the space that's given. 2. Immediately after the install you asked our technician Mike L. if there was a way of modifying the duct work. He and Marcus both looked at the attic space and came to the conclusion that there wasnt enough space to work. 3. You then wanted a third opinion and the owner, Joe, soon came out and opened up the grille on the soffit to come to the same conclusion - there was not enough space to run new ducting. 4. You called again, explaining you were unhappy with the airflow to that same area. That's when I went out. I believe you specifically asked for a smaller guy. At 150lbs, I was certainly the smallest of our techs, however, not quite 20 inches tall - the height requirement to work in your attic. I came to the same conclusion as those before me. 5. You called again, complaining of poor air flow to that same room. You insisted a smaller person may be able to figure out what you need. Still - no one micro-sized here at Timo's. 6. Fast forward to over a year and you called the office again, complaining of poor air flow to the same area. At this time, the only tech we could send was Chris, who's 6 foot 6 and 300 lbs. I can only imagine your disappointment. Chris took photos, came back to the office and showed them to us. We explained that we've been down this road multiple times and the conclusion is - "it ain't gonna happen." 7. You called upset that Chris didn't get back to you, and I apologize for that - Chris did drop the ball there. However, we did send Marcus out - again - and he said for the 5th time.... We cannot modify the ductwork due to the space. Marcus said you asked if we hired anyone smaller that may be able to fit. No... not yet. To recap, this is a list of people that did answer your question: Sergio Mike Marcus Joe Joey Marcus again Chris failed to do so, and we truly apologize for that."
