We obtained 3 quotes for the project. Tim's quote was much more reasonable than the others, and he used high quality Alcoa aluminum products. He was very responsive to our initial request for quote, and was very punctual when they started the job. They cleaned up very well, and we couldn't have been happier! <br />

It was disappointing. I started calling him the beginning of August because we had a leak. He said he would be out in 2 days but no one showed up. I left messages for the next 2 weeks with no reply. Finally he answered and said he thought and quot;his guyand quot; had taken care of it and he would get back to me. Still no one came out and no call. Left 2 more messages and finally my husband and I looked at it and fixed it ourselves. <br /> The issue was not with his work. The neighbor feeds wild raccoons and they had chewed a hole in the roof to try and get into our attic to nest. Tim could have made some money and had a second job from us, instead he never showed up. He did good work, but my guess is he is in so much demand he is skipping anything that might be warranty. <br />

It is a second home, used by our son in college so no one was there. We gave him a key and left the rest to Tim. He did a great job and even made sure the alarm system was set. He could have claimed a lot of the roof was rotted and we wouldn't have known but he didn't. He found bad flashing and called for approval. Very honest. Good quality work.

Could not have gone better; fixed the problem and I didn't even need to be present. I was billed a week later for $75.00. Excellent experience.
