Tim Ward Hardwood

Tim is exactly what I was looking for when I needed work done to repair our original wood floors after having a floor heater removed. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. We will definitely be hiring him again when the time comes to refinish the rest of our flooring. Thank you Tim!

Tim is a true craftsman. I’ve known him for almost 3 years. I was referred to him by my best friend in San Diego who worked with Tim’s father (Jeff) for over 30 years and has known Tim since he was young. Not only has Tim perfected the craft of hardwood installation and finishing, he’s also one of the most honest people I’ve ever met. He charges a fair price for a truly outstanding craftsmanship. I jokingly call him an artist of sorts (the way he finishes the floor gives it an incredible 3D look). His work has completely transformed the upstairs and we plan to hire him for the flooring downstairs.

Excellent. He was prompt, clean, did an excellent job. Neighbor just had his done by another company and said Tim did a much more professional job. Floor looks like it was just laid. Definitely will use again when decide to do the rest of the floors in my Allied Garden home.

Tim did a great job sanding and refinishing very old hardwood floors and a home built originally in the 20s. Not sure if the floor was actually that old but it was pretty old. Looked brand new when he was finished and still does today!

I have the original hardwood floors in my house from the 1940’s. The dining room especially had gotten very scuffed up from the chairs and I thought they couldn’t be fixed. Tim assured me he could bring them back to beautiful and he certainly did! The process was fast and clean and didn’t have the harsh lingering smell from the products he used. I would definitely use his business again!
