Tiny Gems; formerly known as LDS Cleaning Service LLC, has been operating since 1996. We were originally on Angie’s List back in 2014 for about 5 years. We have since relocated and have a new name, address and phone number but the service we provide has not changed. Our customers needs always come 1st. At Tiny Gems the customer is always right! Mr name is Lora and I’m the owner/operator of Tiny Gems and I’m so excited for this new journey here in Trumbull county! I look forward to providing impeccable cleaning services to you soon!

I called Lora back in January to do a deep clean on my mother in laws house. Lora replied quickly and worked with me to accommodate my schedule. I was extremely pleased with the job Lora did and so was my mother in law. Lora is very detail oriented, friendly and expedient. Her prices were reasonable ($275). I highly recommend.

I contacted Lora about cleaning service because she had really good reviews and I really needed someone who would do a good thorough job. She came out and did an estimate. She was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable even though my house was covered in the mess of a household with two toddlers, two shedding dogs, and a mom with a husband who's gone 6 months out of the year for work. She quoted me a price and it was a bit higher than I had honestly wanted to pay. I told her I wasn't sure I was going to be able to use her service even though I wanted to. Fast forward a few days, and I decided I did want to use her. I had scrimped on a cleaning service before and they had done a terrible job. I really wanted someone who was going to do a good job because I really needed some help. Lora and her team went above and beyond. They brought their own supplies and I had no worries about trusting them alone in my home when I ended up having to go into my office that day. The number of hours they were here was almost twice what I was quoted and I wasn't charged a dime over the price she quoted me, They did everything I wanted, and even some things I didn't expect (like tidying up my closets and cleaning my blinds.) I was in tears when I walked into my house after work. It looked and smelled wonderful, and even my toddler exclaimed "Ooooh pretty!" when she walked in. I look forward to continuing to work with Lora. Her service isn't the cheapest one out there, but the prices are reasonable, and the service and attention to detail is the best I've worked with thus far. After a weekend spent enjoying my children instead of digging through piles of stuff and desperately trying to get caught up on household chores, I can say without a doubt her service is worth every penny. I highly recommend Lora and her team!

Lora (and LDS) have been cleaning our house every other week for more than a year. She and her crew are very friendly and do a great job. They are flexible when we need something skipped (kids toy room), or will touch up areas if we feel they need some extra attention. She is great about following up to make sure you are satisfied, or need something possibly done different/better the next time. It's such a great feeling on the days they come to know things are taken care of, especially with my family's busy schedule. I know as long as I keep our clutter contained/put away Lora and her crew can handle the rest. I highly recommend Lora and LDS!

They were punctual and very thorough. They were here a little bit longer than the time. When she started something she wanted to finish it, so it took her beyond her time and she didn't charge for it.

Excellent experience! They first came by to do an assessment and get clarity on the work to be done. I was provided a quote, and they were able to start within my time-frame. A crew of about 4 people came (with their own equipment) and completed the job within 4 hrs. There was great attention to detail including cleaning inside cabinets, inside the refrigerator and a deep clean in the bathroom. Would highly recommend this service!

She is personable and professional. She goes the extra mile. For example, she moved a formidable bed to do a more thorough job. She vacuumed thee times to get all the dander. She washed the curtains and all the bedding. She got all the hair out of a chair that the cats frequently sat under.

Everything went exactly as planned. Lora and her husband came out to see what needed to be done and to give us estimates regarding the time that it would take to clean specific areas. When they returned to do the cleaning, they did what they said and did a great job. We were very pleased with the work. Lora and her employees were courteous, professional and prompt.

The problem we had was that she never answered my calls even though I left a message. I even tried to give her another customer. I tried reaching her many times and got no answer back. <br /> <br /> I was mad, because I thought we had developed a friendship. <br /> <br /> Please disregard the review I sent in that was all F's! If I could rate Lora any higher I would, especially in the categories of Responsiveness, Punctuality and Professionalism. I have been using her service for the past 5 months. Lora came over to provide a quote on cleaning 2.5 baths and if there was enough time within my hour of service, she would clean up the kitchen (this is for a team of 2). A $75 quote was provided and has not changed in my months with the company. After the quote Lora stuck around and answered all the questions I had and even provided a copy of her liability insurance she carries for the company. That right there, made me feel 100% comfortable with her and the company. I wouldn't describe myself as "picky" but I was very detailed on the things I expect from a cleaning company. Lora has gone way beyond my expectations, and I look forward to using her services for years to come. Not only is the company amazing, but Lora is honest, trustworthy, easy to talk to and passionate. I did have to call Lora one time and ask that extra attention be made to my baseboards during the cleaning. Not only did she say she will fix my concern, but offered to come the same day herself to clean the baseboards again. They were Wonderful ! I talked to the owner Lora and met with her at the house .We discussed what they were going to clean, how it would be cleaned and what products she would use. Lora was friendly, detail oriented, professional and responded promptly with a quote. I felt the quote was a fair price for all the work that they were going to do. I had her team clean 4 bedrooms , 2 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens, living room, and full rec room in the basement. They did a WONDERFUL job. The people she had working with her were very polite, and seemed to work very hard. Lora was on the job with them working as well. I was very pleased with their work and if I ever need a cleaning company again I would gladly use LDS Cleaning Service. They showed up on time, cleaned exactly what they said they would and were pleasant to work with. <br />
