Once again I had a plumbing issue and once again Tioga plumbing came to my rescue Drew Lowe and Joshua Aaron were my rescuers this time. I do not have an adequate vocabulary to properly introduce Drew and Joshua to you. Professional, knowledgeable, polite, respectful and intelligent would be a good start. My opinion, a nitpicker would not be able to find a â nitâ nor anything to â pickâ inspecting their work . Drew Lowe and Joshua Aaron are craftsmen producing high qualify work consistently in more than reasonable periods of time.

Price was on upper end of fee structure but when when you have water gushing all over the bathroom floor you want it fixed ASAP. They responded very quickly and Matthew solved both problems very quickly

The workers were very respectacle and knowledgeable. Were able to explain in layman's term what was going on and how they would correct it. They had to come back and complete the job but fir yhe customer service alone it was worth the wait. I would definitely hire again.

On time, they send a text with a picture of the technician prior to arriving. Everyone is alway professional.

Above and Beyond my expectation..... Alex and his partner (sorry forgot his name) out of a 10 they were 100. Just to add... the first line of gaining someone's business start with the word "Hello" and customer service relations Ms. Shelvia Whitfield is the reason we went with this company her customer service over the phone.... Awesome!

They try to get you to buy a membership for future discounts. They came down on their price twice because I kept telling him it was too high. The job was completed fine, just a little expensive.

The tech came out in response to a reported water leak. It turned out to be water that had frozen in the drain line. They could have lied about the cause to charge me, but didn't. Their honesty earned my repeat business.

Thorough and communicative, Mark, the lead plumber on the project, fully understood needs of a complex job and then executed perfectly and efficiently! We needed electric work first, then a full replacement of our tankless hot water heater. First Cameron and Ty on the electric team knocked that job out of the park, then Mark was able to come in and complete on schedule perfectly. The team coordinated and communicated with each other and me like true pros. Also, Michelle was very communicative and helpful with the many schedulings required to get it all specified and completed. I've worked with many good service organizations in the past but can easily say Tioga is bar-none hands-down the best!

Mark did a thorough job with our clogged toilet! I even purchased their yearly membership plan and got a hot water heater flush today as well Highly recommend!

Polite, efficient, they knew what needed to be done and got done.
