The company is run by a couple, both of whom were very likable and seemed to have expertise in what they they were doing. <br />

<p>The owner arrived promptly for a price estimate. He performed an inspection inside and outside of the house including on the roof (which is where I told him I heard the animals). He asked pertinent questions to determine what type of animals were in my attic and concluded that they were probably roof rats. He provided a detailed written price estimate. <br /> After contacting a couple of other companies for estimates, I called Titan back to begin setting animal traps. He asked for payment before starting the work, which I do not like to do.<br /> He returned several times (always on time) to remove dead animals and reset the traps. He was always very professional. Each time we discussed in detail the noises I heard, odors, and the habits of animals given the warmer than average temperature, the time of the year, and the vacant house next door. The traps were moved several times and reset. He also applied metal mesh to vents on the roof to keep future animals from entering the attic from the roof. The animal removal appears to have been successful. </p> Titan also offered several other services including a monthly animal control service and spraying the attic to control the animal odors. At this time I don't feel I need the monthly service, but if the rats come back, I would definitely call him. <br /> <br /> <br />

We have just recently moved to Georgia and never in any part <br /> of the country that I?ve lived in, did I ever think squirrels would cause such <br /> a ruckus. Titan is great! My boyfriend and I are new homeowners and we had a major squirrel infestation in our attic. I am so glad we chose Titan as they solved all of our problems while also preventing future issues. They are super knowledgeable on animal behavior and are quick, efficient, and humane. <br /> Our house is two stories on a hill, so the roof is extremely high and drives most people away, but that was no problem these guys! They thoroughly screened and sealed our vents and gaps in the roofing. They also installed protective, easy-to-clean baskets around the lower vents. One of the technicians found bird nest remnants in our dryer vent and cleaned it out for us, reminding us that it was important to clean it every year to prevent fires: Something I would never have thought of! They successfully found the hole that the squirrels had chewed in our siding and were using as access to our attic. They patched the hole safely and effectively, taking great care not to damage any roofing along the way. <br /> Now our house is completely sealed, our vents are protected, and our attic is squirrel free! Job went sell - The technician surveyed the site, provided an estimate and then prompted started his work.  He first freed the bats, removed their poop and cleaned the vent that was their home. He attached new screens to two openings and then had me view his work before handing me the bill. <br />

They came and did what they were supposed to do. Nothing particular stands out to them. They were supposed to call me back and quote me for some other work and they did not do it; I am still waiting on an email or phone call. He told me he could do better work but did now follow up on my request for a quote.   <br />

Went well. I was glad Stephen answered the phone on a Saturday - I had called 2 services prior and they were closed Saturdays and I had left a message for a 3rd place who called me back about 15 minutes before Titan arrived. Stephen was professional and patient and seemed excited to have gotten the cat out unharmed.

We were referred to Titan by friends.  We had a nest of flying squirrels in the attic.  After unsuccessful eradication with a nation-wide pest control company - Titan came in and the problem was resolved within just a few days.  I was a bit taken aback by the price, but after doing research I found that they were competitively priced.

The gentleman has a degree in biology, so he is very knowledgeable.  He also responded quickly and kept my tenant calm during the entire ordeal.

I contacted several removal companies about some noises in my attic, and they were the first ones to actually answer the phone. They came out the next day at the time I could arrange and after looking around for a bit he told me I had rats.  He found where they were getting in and quoted me on getting that one spot fixed, but when they showed me the other holes in the house I got them to seal the entire thing. It wasn't that much more.  I was letting it go a little too long and my wife was getting pretty fed up with it.  (the couch is a fast motivator). It was gross what they found up there.  There were rat turds all over the place!  Man, if my wife saw that I would have been paying for a hotel too.. <br /> They set the traps that day and checked back several times a week until there was no more new rat pellets.  After all the catching was done they sealed up the house. I didn't really understand why they didn't seal everything up first, but they said you don't want to trap something in there that you might not find so that makes sense.  Ever smelled a dead rat? ugh.   One of the techs said they got 7 rats in total.  I will be getting rid of my cat now as it doesn't "pay rent" anymore haha.   <br /> They guaranteed the work though, so if I ever have any other problems they will fix them.  The sealing work they did was really thorough, I might be giving my house inspector a call soon.  He didn't inform me of all these construction gaps in my home.  <br /> Overall I was really happy with their work, I haven't heard a single peep since!
