Work was done professionally. Completed within the promised time. I had very little interruption. That was mainly removing the satellite dish to apply siding. All exposed wires cleaned. The exterior of my home looks like a new home. The best part was the price was right. I would recommend and definitely hire for future projects.

The work started later than planned and then the workmen finished up the last day in a rush. A few months later small parts of the siding started coming loose. About 10 months later a large piece fell off. It is very disappointing to pay for siding that does not hold up for at least one year. Most disappointing is the lack of response to have a repair made to the siding. I have tried for 1 month to have the repair completed even though I have been told would not take very long to complete. I still am waiting for this repair to be done. This company has shown a total disregard for customer service and have refused to adhere to their warranty.

The process was very costumer friendly and painless. Mr.Leak was a very professional and respectful business man to work with. The job was done in a timely manner, and over all am very happy with what I spent for the product I received

We first became acquainted with Titan remodeling at the 2017 San Antonio home and garden show. We were not really in the market for new windows, however we knew it was definitely time for replacement as our windows were from 1971. We did not really intend to listen to the sales pitch, however their "special pricing package" was enough to get our attention. We were already familiar with the quality of the Simonton windows and new it is a high quality product. We set up an appointment to discuss pricing and the owner William and Mike came out to personally give us the best price available. There was no pressure to purchase and they were extremely knowledgeable and a blessing to work with. We made a deal with them to replace all of our windows. In less than three weeks the new windows arrived and Jeffery and Ismael got to work. They paid close attention to detail and made sure the end result had a professional look. They did not cut corners and even went the extra mile to ensure we were happy and satisfied. Their quality of craftsmanship is to be commended. They worked hard ALL day, only stopping for a short lunch break. They cleaned up ALL of the old materials everyday and left nothing behind. When the job was complete they took us around to every window, making sure we understood how to operate them and that we were completely satisfied with the finished product. It is a blessing to work with such conscientious workers whom take so much pride in their work! They are exemplary employees for Titan. We highly recommend this company from start to finish!

From sales to installation, we were impressed!! No hassle sales tactics and fast turn around from order to delivery. Jeffery and his crew were professional while installing our windows. Each room was treated with care and I appreciate how well they cleaned up after themselves! I definitely recommend Titan Remodeling!

Estimate to complete was 1 1/2 to 3 days and they did it in 1 day. Installation was very clean and they cleaned up well after themselves. Acct rep David came out twice and cheerfully corrected some minor discrepancies on where screens were supposed to be and not supposed to be. We were very please with their responsiveness and quality and the windows seem to be great at this time.

They were very professional, thorough and always readily available when I had questions or concerns about my project. My siding looks amazing and I couldn't be happier . Thanks Titan

They did a very good job. The crew was very efficient and they had a supervisor who stayed on top of the job. I had gotten several estimates and their price was very reasonable. The salesman was very professional as well. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

Please understand, when purchasing windows so much can go wrong that is not the contractor's fault. Some windows were shipped broken, and wrong size. Titan got it fixed asap. So many companies have similar products, it's the install and customer service that make the difference. Go with Titan, the installers were great.

The work was done in a neat and timely fashion. And the workers cleaned up the area after the job was completed. I am sastisfied and intend on having more windows replaced, in the near future.

Titan installed new windows on my entire house and also a door. The product definitely exceeded my expectations in looks and efficiency and the front door is absolutely beautiful. He installation team was thorough and very nice. Thank you guys so much for making my project so easy and affordable .

John was the most informative window designers we visited with. He gave us several suggestions that none of the three other companies offered. The Windows were installed on time and we coul not be happier. There is a very noticeable difference in the overall temperature of our home. Our bedroom was very hot yet the kitchen was freezing. Now they both feel the same. It is amazing what a difference these Windows make. We should have replaced our windows years ago. We highly recommend Titan Remodeling.

After meeting with 3 other window companies we decided to go with Titan Remodeling because they offered a very reputable product at the right price.  We also looked at their online reviews and their great reviews made the decision easy.  We purchased 17 windows and they were installed earlier this week.  The entire experience was amazing, from Carlos our sales rep to Jeffery the installer.  The installation only took two days and the crew was very polite and tidy.  The owner of the company, Mr Leake even personally followed with my wife and I afterwards to make sure we were happy customers.  I highly recommend Titan Remodeling to everyone who may need new windows.

Titan was very responsive in the beginning. They were the only company of three companies that responded to a request for service. They had six weeks to do this work. Titan used the original kitchen cabinets as well as built two new cabinets, sub-contracted granite tops (a very poor company installed the granite) The kitchen granite was cut  wrong for the sink we purchased and we had to call them back two times to fix the lack of buffing and sealing. The cabinets had nails sticking through the sides, not painted thoroughly (painted while on the walls - not in a painting booth) lots of overspray problems-even painted in my back yard getting overspray on my pool deck. Door hinge screws for the cabinets were not installed and cabinets themselves were not securely attached to the wall the studs. The refrigerator was installed without completely painting the side wall. Broke existing tile in the bathroom shower then caulked the pieces together instead of replacing it. Back splash was cut raggedly along the edges and was not properly sealed.  The baseboards were broken in my master closet when the carpets was installed.The painting was not done completely. Many walls need extra coats, cut  in was uneven. Ceiling was not painted well. Kitchen ceiling has many bare areas.  The fireplace surround was not completed underneath. The glass screen was never replaced. I can only expect that they broke it. When the company was hired I was given the impression that all hands would be working on my project. Many times I found only one or two workers. In addition, numerous times the lights were left on, once they left the outside hose on and flooded my yard, and twice they locked me out of the house. The owner made excuse after excuse but the bottom line is that there was no supervison of the crews. I had to regularly call with corrections (punch list items). There is a short in the kitchen lights that I have had to fix. The kitchen island was not secured to the floor. The laundry room sink was not caulked / sealed so water leaked down the wall. Lastly, I have called for Titan to remove a large crate of construction trash that was left in my garage. It has been over two weeks and no one has come by to remove it, even after a text to Preston the owner, who stated he had not known they had not come by. A typical answer and final example of lack of management. It is unfortunate because the gentlemen on the crews were good folks, they just need guidance/leadership. It is now February 2015 and I am still finding problems with Titans work...missing screws on kitchen cabinet doors. <br />

I am thoroughly impressed with the job done by Titan Remodeling. Of all the companies I got a bid from, Preston was the only contractor who showed up not on time, but EARLY, to our meeting. Punctuality is very important to me, so he really made a great first impression. Mr. Leake was friendly, to the point and honest. I decided right after that meeting that Titan would be the company to remodel our bathroom.  The price was right on par with my expectations and with other quotes, but customer service was above and beyond. His crew was extremely professional and hardworking, and they did an outstanding job. I have undergone a nightmare renovation in the last year so I was very wary about the whole process. I?m very happy to say that Titan put my mind at ease and transformed my bathroom beautifully. They definitely get my recommendation and praise!    <br />
