Having worked in the construction industry, I am very familiar with quality products and installations. When we decided to replace our construction-grade widows, we interviewed three of the primary window companies. After hearing from friends, I was not satisfied with any of them and decided to call Titan Remodeling of Tennessee. It was the best thing we have done in a while. If you are reading this, I am sure you have looked at all of the window manufacturers. William, the owner of the company, introduced us to Mezzo Windows. It was the most exemplary window I have seen. I know it is hard for a salesperson to tell the truth. He said to us that due to COVID-19, there would be delays. He was right, so we expected the delays. How can you tell when customer service is excellent? Their project manager Adam always called my wife back. Unlike many companies after the sale that hand off their sales to third-party companies—Titan utilizes their production crews. After the windows arrived in the installation area, Johnny was excellent and always returned my wife's phone calls. When the construction crew arrived, I lost count on how many were on the project, and they finished the installation in a single day and is excellent. The Mezzo windows are a great product that met and exceeded our expectations.

Titan Remodeling did both replacement windows and siding replacement. The scope of the siding replacement extended into underlying framing/wood repair and replacement as there was extensive water damage in some areas. The siding crew did a phenomenal job addressing all issues and designing the siding color application to ensure everything blended. We now have a completely updated look to our home!
