Titan has been the best experience we have had so far with outdoor contractors. Beyond being happy with our end results of a full house siding replacement. Ray our sales rep was helpful in navigating our many questions before we signed. Josh our crew lead was communicative, proactive and responsive when we needed a few things cleaned up or fixed. We are hopefully done with outdoor home repairs for now, but we would definitely work with Titan again, if we needed to.

Wonderful experience working with the entire team. We needed to coordinate with a pergola installation and they coordinated the work extremely well. The entire team was courteous, prompt, professional, and we are very pleased with the work. Josh was a pleasure to work with.

I had used Titan before for some window replacement and had been pleased in the past. So reaching out to them for this project as well. Schedule an inspection of the project with Lamar. He was prompt, comprehensive in his evaluation of the project and promptly provide us with a competitive bid. Replaced the old siding with Hardie Siding and painted to match rest of exterior. Could not be more pleased. The crew was professional, efficient and demonstrated total respect for our home and property. Would use them again in a heart beat.

We used Titan Siding and Windows to replace 9 windows, sliding glass doors, and all of the siding on the back of our house. If I'd known what an impact new windows would make, I would have done this much sooner. I feel like I moved into a newer, nicer home- it's significantly quieter, warmer, and cleaner. What a difference! I got several bids from the top 3 companies on Yelp in Austin and Titan was hands down the most responsive and gave us the best rate. Joel came out immediately gave us great advice on which windows and siding styles were the best option for us and helped us choose colors. Steve the window contact and Steve the siding contact always, always, always showed up when they said they would and I felt completely comfortable having them in the house with their crews. The guys worked so hard and knocked out both our windows and siding in record time. They were also really considerate about small details like making sure the gate was closed when they left each day so that our dog couldn't get out and cleaning up debris and dirt as the job progressed. Also, Mike the owner- what a great guy! He meticulously inspected the install of all windows, sliding doors, and siding. It's pretty cool to meet someone who takes such pride in his company. I would absolutely work with Titan again. As soon as we're ready to tackle the siding in the front of the house, we will be giving them a call.

These guys are awesome! From estimate to final walkthrough and payment, everyone was respectful, honest, and professional. Chose Titan based on a coworker’s recommendation and we am so pleased with the work they’ve done. All work was done efficiently and accurately. All debris was removed. They even made sure I knew how to open, tilt, and close all of the windows before leaving the property. Friendly guys and a pleasure to work with.

The guys did a good job on the chimney repair, but messed up the touch up paint. I was grateful for a siding company to do such a small job and the price was fair. The crew seemed in a big hurry which always makes me nervous.

They have great teams that worked 12 hour days getting our work done. They had great teams doing siding, then painting and lastly touch ups. The owner and project manager were very nice and accommodating to any questions or changed we wanted. 1200 foot square house done in 5 days.

They did this probably 2-3 years ago. It must have been somewhere around the spring. I think the did an excellent job with installing the siding and that sort of thing so I'd give them an A. Some of the workers were a little messy with their lunch pails but overall they did really good job.

The work was all done in one day. Seriously! They got here early and completely exchanged every window (and slider). We used vinyl windows, and they look very nice. The crew was prompt, efficient, clean and very quick. The only negative is that they were expensive. Like to the tune of 30-40% more...but, no problems, no issues, no drama. The owner even came by at the end of the afternoon to check on the job and make sure we were happy.

Titan did a great job replacing the windows on our two-story home. It was super hot during the installation, so it took two days. Most of the new windows were double-sashed, so we can open them from the top or bottom. The windows were perfectly installed. The house was totally cleaned, inside and out, where the windows were installed. The owner came by and personally inspected each window before we gave them the payment. It's been almost 2 years since they were installed, they are still operating just like the day they were installed. Although we have not experienced any significant reduction in our utility bill, the direct heat reduction with the windows facing west is incredible. Additionally, the noise and dust reduction in our home is wonderful. I am really glad that we used Titan for our window replacement.

I received several estimates both from Angie's list and internet, Titan was not the least expensive but the most complete bid with no hidden expenses or costs to be determined. Very professional folks from estimator Lamar to owner Mike, all did a great job, their larger than normal crew got the job done timely. Would definitely use Titan again should need arise.

The time had come to replace the 20 year old single pane windows in our home. We could not be more pleased with our new Simonton Windows and the entire experience with Titan. Chris made two trips to the house to answer every question we had about the Windows and installation. We never felt pressured. Steve and his crew were excellent! They worked quickly, were very respectful of our property, AND they were all just really nice guys! There were a couple little snafus with the ordering on some specialty glass and a door but it was all taken care of. Now here is customer service for you - one of the double hung Windows got out of whack when it was apparently tilted incorrectly. It would not close completely and a storm was headed our way. The owner, Mike Connors, returned my call and patiently tried to talk me through getting it back in correctly but I just couldn't manage so Mike came over right away and fixed the problem! I highly recommend Titan and Simonton Windows! I get so many compliments from people about how nice my new windows are! I should also mention that I had 21 Windows installed and yes it was a big investment but Titan even came in $1,000 under other estimates.

I contacted three companies for bids. ?Lamar Lang with Titan was easily the most professional company representative that looked at the job. ?His explanations were clear and he went out of his way to discuss all options with me. We agreed to move forward back in February understanding it would take about 8 weeks for delivery of the custom windows. The new windows?arrived the last week in April and we scheduled installation for 5/3. ?The crew arrived on time, carefully covered the floor and all furniture in the work area and completed the installation in about 6 hours. They even took time to touch up some of the exterior paint as they worked. ?By the end of the day we had new windows and you would not have known they had ever been here.? Within 24 hours I had a call from management checking to make sure i was pleased with the installation and to ask if I had any questions and/or issues. I only wish all home improvement projects could go this easily. Bottom line: ?We are pleased.
