With all the stories about water and chemicals in our drinking water, we decided to replace our water softener. We called Titan and they set up an appointment for a water test at our house. Robert came out, tested our water and showed us reports on our towns water quality. Or should I say lack of quality... <br> <br>He made his sales pitch and left some reading material for us to browse. It was all matter of fact, no pressure. After doing a bit of research on my own, we decided to purchase his system.  <br> <br>Installation was quick and painless. Very professional. They left the basement cleaner than it was when they arrived.  <br> <br>Peace of mind is worth quite a bit and we LOVE our new water treatment system.

Robert was fantastic and went above and beyond for us and our son with eczema.  Robert tested and explained just what was truly in our water which I never knew for 35 years.  We've only had it installed for a week but I can already see a difference in the water quality 1,000% and especially while giving the kids a bath.  I would recommend Titan Waters to anyone that does not have pure water in their house. <br />

The water filters were much better as opposed to doing reverse osmosis. He put in the system for me and was very informative and knowledgeable. The installation was quick. He was very supportive and called me two weeks later to make sure the system didn't leak. He showed me a report from the government's water panel analysis and how bad the water actually is for you. I tell everyone about him and to go to Robert. I would rate him as an A+.
