Excellent - Tito was extremely responsive and his team did excellent work. I shopped around and got multiple quotes, and his was the lowest. More importantly, he had done work on a number of my neighbors’ homes and came highly recommended. His team was very responsive and got the work done on a short time frame which was great because I needed much of the work done before I moved in to my new home. My floors and skylights look great and I have full confidence in his work. One thing which I really liked is the fact that he is constantly in communication, is always available, and is local. The last part is important because he understands the importance of reputation which gives me full confidence in his work. I will definitely be coming back to him again for any future work on my house and wholeheartedly recommend!

We had Tito and his team re do a guest bathroom. The price was very reasonable. We shopped around prior and compared his quote against competitors so we know we got a good deal. The work was completed at a high quality. Our house is 100 years old and he had to remove and old jacuzzi tub and retile the floor and the walls. His team did a great job. He was super responsive and got on site for a quote immediately (same day). We kept in touch as supplies arrived and was promptly on site when we were ready to go. We will use again for future projects.

Greta experience and great team. Workers are well trained and educated and know everything they are doing. Will do everything to accomodate you and make sure you're comfortable during the whole process. Tito stays on top of his guys and makes sure to check in everything and to make sure that everything is done to perfection.

Tito came himself for the appointment to discuss the job and the subsequent proposal. He is fair, honest and the people he sent to do the job were true craftsmen. The work was excellent, neat and on time. I recommend Tito unreservedly for house painting, deck staining and minor masonry repairs.

2 Bathroom Renovations

Tito is very accommodating. He provides excellent service and is always available to talk and comes to the house regularly to see how the project is going. His pricing is reasonable. His crew works hard and finishes the job promptly. We were especially pleased with the tile work! Thank you Tito for our beautiful new bathroom!

He was punctual. Quoted a price for interior chimney which required all four side to be flashed. He charged the same price to flash one side of the exterior chimney.

Tito is extremely reliable and responsive. He has always made himself and resources available when needed. If there are issues, he discusses with you. Recommend him.

The price was competitive, work was done ahead of time as additional workers were added to the job as rain and snow was in the forecast. Clean up was performed at the end of each day. Interior ceiling from roof leak was repaired and painted. Workers were polite, respectful and answered all questions.

Overall experience is great. His staff are neat, punctual, and cooperative with my needs. Did a very good job cleaning up each night so that the house was normal.

It was all good, they were professional, timely, and cleaned up after themselves.

Job  took several days because of the rain but then we noticed a leak in ceiling of our sunroom. <br /> Contractor  was not responsive until I threatened legal action. <br /> Contractor talked about fixing roof with tar, which I knew  was not right <br /> I had another roofer come for a 2nd opinion and learned the whole job was poorly done. <br />   Now  I am having one of the roofs totally redone at considerable cost using a quality roofer from Angie's List . <br />

My roof was damaged by a falling tree during Hurricane Sandy, on Oct. 27, 2012.  I called Tito's one week later and the owner showed up promptly the next afternoon to survey the damage and take the information to prepare an estimate.  At that time, I also requested that a tarp be placed over the hole in the roof as soon as possible, as another storm was expected in two days.  The workmen arrived first thing the next morning and placed a protective tarp and wooden holding frame over the damaged roof section, providing adequate protection from the rain. <br />   Two days later, the contractor delivered his estimate, which was very thorough and professional, detailling exactly the work to be done, all materials to be used, the charges involved for same, and the exact duration of the job.  A list of references was also supplied, along with a folder of shingle and rubber ice barrier samples.  I told the owner I would call as soon as I  spoke with the two other roofers who were giving me estimates on the same job. <br />   After considering all the submitted estimates, I called Tito to tell him I had chosen his company for the job; he showed up the next day to go over the paperwork.  His crews arrived one day ahead of schedule to remove the existing damaged gutters and prepare the work site and the job proceeded exactly as detailled in the job outline.  The job was completed in exactly the time stated, with all work and materials exactly as promised.  Tarps were placed during the construction to protect the shrubs and plantings, and the job site was cleaned up after each work day, with all debris hauled away by truck, making it unnecessary to bring a dumpster to the job site.  After the job was done, and before requesting final payment, the contractor stopped by to check and see that all work was done to my satisfaction and answer any questions or concerns I may have had.  <br />   This was as close to a "stressless" construction job as I have ever had and I should add that my neighbor was so impressed with this contractor that he hired him to do the roof repairs on his house as well.  Tito's price was not the cheapest, nor the most expensive.  I firmly believe that you get what you pay for, and in this case, all work met my expectations nicely. <br />

Very well. Manuel inspected our attic, found mildew on the rafters and gave our roof priority because of the accumulating damage. Installed Timberline roofing, copper chimney plate. His men worked hard, cleaned everything up well. Manuel was often on site making sure things fit his high expectations. Good work!

I am very impressed with them! They come in right away and get to work. I like that they don't just do roofs, but have a full remodeling staff for any of our projects. Because we didn't have to hire more people for the additional projects, it has been a very hassle free home improvement experience so far. Tito comes in throughout the project and overlooks everything. He is always there to make sure everything is done correctly and is going smoothly. We have been very impressed with him.
