Technician is not experienced and not knowledgeable. I made a mistake in hiring them for my project.

Great Job extremely professional went above and beyond to alleviate my problem.

I received a call and booked the appointment for Monday between the time of 9a-11a and stated I was the first appointment. He didn't arrive until 11a. He worked on the refrigerator and stated that he had to go buy a part. After his diagnosis, he said the job would be around $315 and he had to go buy a part. He was gone for at least 3-4 hours and stated that he couldn't find the part. He said he would be back on Tuesday after 12p because there was another appointment on the book. I went along with my regular schedule on Tuesday of going to spin class. I received a call from him stating the appointment was between 9a-11a like I misheard him or I was out of my mind. He comes to my home Tuesday and the initial diagnosis he said was incorrect that it was actually my compressor. He recommended that he shouldn't do work on the refrigerator because it would be too expensive of a job and that it would be better to buy a new refrigerator. He refunded me a portion of the money I paid outside of the $70 for just coming over the house. I wanted a second opinion because the guy seem to be a little incompetent and I didn't want to buy a new refrigerator if it could be repaired. I booked another appointment with another provider and my wife told the gentleman what the provider from TJ said. The other repair man inspected the compressor and test everything with the refrigerator and stated that the refrigerator was working properly. AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE TJ Appliance unless you want to waste your time and money.

The whole experience was great. The young man was very professional. He did a great job. I have no problem. He knew what he was doing.

It was great. They were friendly, he explained what he was doing and he made me understand on how to do the work and I would use him again in the future.
