Used a brush for the stain, so you can see all the brush strokes in different directions. The job wasn't able to be finished in the prescribed time and we mutually agreed that we'd do the remainder ourselves. Left a mess of carpet staples all over the floor. I did not expect the ENTIRE space to be covered in sawdust, including the bathroom because he left the door open after using it. I understand there's only so much you can contain while sanding but it's kind of like he didn't care.
