The service provider who came out first would have been satisfactory, but he could not do the whole job completely. However, the other service provider that I have talked to, the owner or contractor came to look at the job and answer all my questions. He gave me a contract listing everything that they were going to do. I would highly recommend them. He gave me the price.

Mr. Tai called me promptly after visiting Angi website. His quoted price was reasonable. Tia and his team did a phenomenal job with my driveway extension with the pebble rocks on top. They paid close attention to detail with my drip irrigation line and rerouted it as requested. All of his guys were professional, friendly and they did a great job cleaning up. I would definitely use this company for feature projects.

Tai and his team were extremely professional and we are pleased with our new patio. Communication and planning were excellent and we were presented with clear expectations of our project. The team pouring cement kept the area clean and Tai the project leader checked on their progress several times a day. We wanted a textured cement in a color to match our brick and the results were first rate.

After Tai and his crew set a new concrete driveway in the front of the house, we had TKS construction build a concrete deck for us in the backyard. Tai explained everything upfront and the costs involved for both projects. He and his team were punctual with the time frame and daily work. It took them only three days to put in the concrete deck in the back that matches the concrete around the pool. They were exceptional with daily clean up of debris in both projects and final touches in a timely manner. Tai always responded promptly to our communication and stands by his work and by his word. Tai was very professional, responsive, and performed great work. I had a few curbs that were damaged by heavy equipment during the winter storm at my facility when the lot was plowed. Tai came in and fixed it up perfectly. I'll be keeping him at the top of my list for concrete repairs around my warehouse for the foreseeable future.

We had three quotes for our project; TKS Construction came in as the middle, but we were the most impressed at the knowledge and ideas that owner Tai provided at our first consultation. Tai set the forms on day 1, and early the next morning his crew showed up to complete the pour. His crew is hard-working, friendly, and very skilled. They were complete by mid-afternoon. Tai gave us instructions for taking care of the concrete as it cured that were very easy to follow. His crew cleaned everything up; in fact, you couldn't even tell they had been there, except for the beautiful patio that they left behind! We were extremely pleased with TKS Construction, and will definitely use them for our future concrete projects, as well as recommending them to our friends. In fact, our neighbor is already planning to have a patio done after seeing ours!

Tai contacted me soon & worked around my busy schedule to meet me and give me a free estimate. He then gave me an estimated time line of the project. The project lasted a day longer than expected due to no fault of his. I couldn’t be their for most of the jobs but he kept me updated with pictures.each day of the progress. There were a couple of issues that we talked about & he took care of The approach & driveway looked great. He & his men cleaned up each day and when they were done.
