TLC is a family/veteran owned and operated business that provides Discreet General Pest Control and Bed Bug Inspection/Extermination to all residential, commercial properties and businesses in Central Ohio. We treat all occasional invaders such as but not limited to; mice, roaches, ants and fleas. However; we specialize in Bed Bug Identifications and Exterminations. We have a NESDCA Certified Bed Bug Dog that will help identify all stages of bed bugs in your home or business. Proper identification is the first step of a successful treatment. After proper identification TLC's Technician will help you determine the best method of treatment based on your individual needs and budget. Having bed bugs can be very stressful. To ensure residential properties are bedbug free and to ease our customers minds, we use monitoring stations durring the 30 day warrenty period to ensure all bed bugs have been properly exterminated. After proper extermination, our priority is your peace of mind. At the end of your warrenty period, we offer the ability to extend the service of bed bug monitoring on a month to month basis or the use of a NESDCA certified Bed Bug Dog for a post treatment Inspection. We want to ensure that our customers feel 100% comfortable in their homes again. TLC has been in business since Jan 2017. TLC offers professional services and education with a personal touch. They provide research-based treatment plans and communicate clearly and promptly. Shannon was so helpful through the entire process and put my mind at ease. It is an overwhelming process and she walked me through it when I needed it. We had a couple of unusual issues after the service was complete but Shannon was quick to get them resolved for us. We would definitely recommend them.

Shannon is very knowledgeable and was very patient with all my questions . Follow their instructions, they return calls right away. Harry was right on time and very professional, explaining procedures. Before you touch anything , give them a call and have a canine inspection done. Great company and service.

Above my expectations. My 85-year-old mother found her home was infested with bed bugs brought in to her home by visitor. It is a major effort to prepare the house for treatment, let alone someone who is 85 and just got out of the hospital. The very kind and profession folks at TLC K9 found someone to help her collect clothes bag them get them out of the house and ran them in through a commercial dryer as well as prepare the house for a heat treatment to exterminate the bed bugs. My mother needed to leave the house for 8 hours and could not walk well on her own, the gentlemen from TLC assisted me in getting her in the car. When we returned the next day the house was completely bug-free. I cannot say enough good about this company and not to mention a fraction of the cost of Orkin for heat treatment. You can't go wrong with TLC K9.

Wonderful. their trained dog located the room where the bed bugs were. The heat treatment destroyed the bugs and eggs. Spraying in the rest of the house assured none escaped. Harry and Shannon are professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We highly recommend them.

Shannon and Harry are great. Shannon answered every text every question helped me emotionally through the whole procedure. I noticed ants in my basement this past winter I have a in home daycare so I just laid out store brought traps. Well once the weather start breaking It went from a few to hundreds!! I called TLC because I remember seeing their signs around town. Glad I did!! Talking to some one was really simple ,fast and very professional. Definitely recommend! Thanks guys

I've had an ant issue in my house since I've moved in. After several attempts to do it my self, I finally called a professional. Harry and Shannon were great! They were professional, helped seal all areas the ants could get in and educated me on ways to keep the ants out. I would recommend them to anyone!
