UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE. When they actually show up for scheduled turnovers it is partially complete, too many people, leave numerous mistakes and dirty surfaces everywhere. Trash on floors, grease on walls, comforters not washed, bath mats just turned over, dirty pots/pans/silverware put away, dishes not unloaded, lights kept on, and so many more we tried to ignore for years but the complaints when guests check in are amounting. Worst part the professionalism is not there, not communicating or even lying about not showing up for 60+ day scheduled appointments then blaming us the client! NEVER AGAIN WE WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM UNLESS YOU DONT NEED ACTUAL CLEANING DONE

I have uses Tanya for multiple different job and she has exceeded expectations everytime. Hands down ahe os on a diffrent level from the company's I have used in the past. The only regret you will have is not calling her sooner. I saved money from the last company I used but the big gain was the quality.
