This company is amazing! We remodeled our kitchen. They ripped out the old appliances and countertops and then returned once the new countertops were installed to take care of all the electrical and plumbing work required for the installation of our new sink, cooktop and vent. They were punctual, professional, friendly and helpful. They showed up when they said they would and were ready to work. We are planning on using them for additional jobs. I would highly recommend them.

Ivan Yunga did a great job understanding my needs and budget. He has all the right people for any task needed in your home. We added a washer/dryer… they routed all the plumbing and ventilation needed. They painted everything, changed light fixtures, added closet space, built a new wall and added a door with frame to create a bedroom that wasn’t there before… They put down new carpet, and even painted my hallways with ceilings at least 20’ tall. (Maybe higher) I could never reach. I’m thrilled with the functionality of my space and I now have a 2bedroom/2.5bath home! Thank you ACS —-❤️ Shannon

We have used ACS Build and Design for 2 projects. The first was a complete gut and remodel of a condo. Due to unforeseen circumstances once demo was complete we were a little over budget and missed our timeline by about 30 days. But that was not Ivan's fault. Once finished the project turned out fabulous. The second project was for flooring and new countertops in another condo. Everything turned out amazing and on time.

Everything went as planned with Ivan offering valuable advice and amazing design ideas. Professional, polite, hard-working crew. Shows up on time and finishes as agreed. CLEANS UP! We have used them 15+ years, AND they are currently performing another project for us that will enhance the value of our home.
