After a successful update of our master bath in 2000, we expected nothing but the best! And did Doug deliver. He made the renovation happen. From the cabinet placement to the moulding for the stair rail, he was on top of it. He and the team were always ready to hear my concerns and suggestions.
There was a period in December, where they had a couple of projects open, and we got moved to the back burner when the weather warmed (other project outdoor), but although we understood, we were dismayed about the delay.
Doug's attention to detail, and finish made the project come together in a beautiful transformation.
I would like to thank Terry and the whole crew for make our kitchen redo the best.

TLS did a wonderful job on the Mother in Law quarters we put in downstairs. TLS put in a beautiful bathroom, family room, library area with a fireplace, and a full kitchen. My mom has very specific expectations and everything came out beautifully. Jay did his very best to stay within budget, which was important to us. Doug and Brad became part of the family in the months they were here. Their workmanship was precise and they made sure every detail was taken care. We completely trusted them in our home and would highly recommend asking for them should you use TLS. They are wonderful! Pictures to follow.

Extremely poor workmanship and way behind schedule after many promises to show-up and complete the job. In addition, their main salesman who provided us with a bid and contract, was fired. He told us many things were included in our bid and after signing the contract, Terry, the owner, called us and said they weren't included. Terry called us and told us he fired the salesman for lying to us and other homeowners. We asked Terry, the owner, to please come out to our house several times and check on the poor workmanship and he never came to our house. Several other workers were fired during our renovation. Our house plans stated to construct a new set of stairs. After four trys, our city inspector, approved the stairs. I could add more information regarding this companies incompatance, but I will refrain. Please do not hire this company.

"This was a large remodel which we tried to keep on schedule even with the homeowner wanting to do some of the work and constant changes. The workmanship was good with you until it was time to pay your balance. The salesman was fired due to poor sales performance. A worker was fired due to unreliability. I have a project manager and carpenters with many years of experience that were on the job to handle any issues. The plans were provided by the homeowner and were not detailed, so we had to constantly try to get details from the homeowner. Yes we did have to correct some things with the stairs, but we did correct them. We try our best to keep our customers happy, which you can see by our many good reviews, but you can't make everyone happy."

Bathroom Remodel
TLS really listened to what we wanted. Terry and Mark were able to make good suggestions during the bidding and planning processes. During the project, they arrived early and cleaned up area before leaving at the end of the day. They were professional and kept us informed from start to finish. Our bathroom is fabulous!!!
