I would hire Trevor again & have recommended him to friends and family. Trevor & his team came when they said they would & finished the work quickly & efficiently. And everything was done wonderfully & carefully with attention to detail. After Trevor & I did a walk around my house with me showing him the projects I needed complete, he quickly sent me a reasonable estimate. During the walk around, Trevor pointed out a couple other things he could do while fixing the windows & trim, but never did I feel he was trying to up-sell me. They were things he saw that needed repair, he explained everything to me, & he offered to help in a fairly priced way. After the window frames & trim were repaired, & I was so happy with the results, I hired Trevor to paint the exterior of my house & rebuild a deck. Again, Trevor came when he said he would & finished the job efficiently. I have worked with contractors in the past where projects seemed to drag on or they wouldn’t stick to a schedule. This is not Trevor. He is respectful & gets the job done without cutting corners. He also adds artistry. He added a border to my deck as well as capped some outdoor pillars. Another great thing about hiring Trevor - which may not be as important to some people but it definitely helped me - he is super easy to communicate with. He texts & will take payment electronically. This is really helpful for busy people & people who don’t know where their checkbook is if they even have one. I highly recommend Trevor. He beautifully refreshed my 120 year-old Ohio City home with work that will hold up.

Trevor did a great job! He was punctual, and skilled. The house turned out better then expected. He gave a recommendation for custom wood framing and it looks amazing. Looking forward to have him back for the next project. I’d highly recommend him if you want the job done correctly the first time.

Hired Trevor to add a room in my house, paint, remover old carpet and lay new wood flooring. He did an amazing job putting a wall up and is very thorough and detail oriented. Recommend to my mom and she will be hiring him in the near future!
