I was very surprised at prompt response to my inquiry. Same day service arrived within an hour. He located the problem and explained it clearly, motor had frozen due to use, 15 years old. He was able to show me what a new motor would cost plus labor. Was within budget, work was completed same day to my satisfaction. Good and knowledgeable technician.

Tigran did an amazing job communicating the scope of work, diagnosing the problem and ensuring that the future health and life of the machine was long. He also was able to identify a serious issue I had no idea existed, which was black mold in the washer rubber ring. He made some recommendations, was not pushy at all very polite and courteous. When asked to wear shoe covers he agreed and came prepared with his own. I would definately rehire and recommend going forward for other jobs I may have with this house or any other future house appliances.

Tony is fantastic! He arrived on time, was knowledgeable, efficient and told us our washer was fine. It was the drain pipe from the washer that was clogged and needed a plumber. He also gave us some tips to keep both our washer and dryer working well. We will be moving in a few weeks and will definitely call Tony to service or repair any of our appliances in the future.

Our washing machine was giving us issues. Tony was able to quickly diagnose the problem (pump) and repair quickly. He was extremely courteous, professional and accommodating to schedule. Very happy with the work done and will definitely be contacting him again for future needs.

I got excellent customer service from time I made the trouble time I made my trouble ticket on Angies' list. Tony from TM GROUP was the first to call me 1-3-26. He told me he would be at my home in 30 mins. He made good time coming across town in the rain, I told him my problem. He tested my Maytag dryer giving it a complete physical making sure there was no other problems than no heat. It was the heat coil. He had a new coil with him and put it in and in no time at all my dryer was fixed. My 22 year old dryer was saved for $280 less than 1/2 the price of a new dryer. Tony is honest, hard worker and friendly. Thank you Tony for a great job!

Tony is amazing! He is a reliable resource for fixing all my appliances. I've called him out for my Thermador dishwasher, and LG washing machine and dryer. He has fixed them the first time (unlike the guy I used before) and at a fair price. He's also let me know when any repair was not worth doing at the cost it would take. Tony is considerate of time and always calls/texts when he is on the way which I appreciate.

Flawless!! Several days ago, I discovered the frig was not cooling properly. Tigran Manukyan"Tony"(appliance technician( came, diagnosed the problem as malfunctioning thermostat, replaced it & frig works perfectly. He replaced a cold water valve on washing machine & serviced a 14 year old WhirlPool dryer. He explained lint build -up too close to the gas valve as a serious fire hazard thus a reason to have periodic cleaning. Cleaning a dryer is labor intensive but mitigating risk of fire is clearly important. I am guilty of not having my dryer cleaned. I am a fan now. As part of the service any worn parts are identified. Tony showed me the drive belt so I could appreciate his recommending replacement. The belt was riddled with small cracks and several large ones. Tony is extremely knowledgeable, therefore an excellent diagnostician. He is meticulous and organized in his work. His professionalism and honesty do got go unnoticed in this world we live in now. I do not hesitate to recommend Tony to anyone who needs a technician for their washer, dryer or refrigerator
