To put it in a nutshell - awesome, awesome awesome! Todd and his partner Dave - when he was on the site - did a fantastic job remodeling our Master Bathroom. Our original contractor never showed up on time, so we decided to stop working with him after the demolition of the old bathroom. From the 3 quotes we got for the remaining work, Todd was close to the lowest price and left the best impression being capable taking on the challenging remodeling. Todd started by taking all the assembly instructions home and studied them in his private time. He corrected all the poor and partly wrong pre-work from our first constructor and prepared all the accent wall for hanging points and electrical connection for the future vanity and medical cabinet. Both of these finally beautiful pieces of Art looked more like giant puzzles at the beginning and being an engineer myself, Todd, Dave and I had several late evening discussions about the installation. The motivation for quality from Todd and Dave was nothing short of impressive and they finally got everything done in an outstanding way. All the features work just perfect and everything is adjusted meticulously. Todd and Dave were always on time, treated our house with respect and both were always very friendly and trustworthy. They also perfectly got along with our 2 dogs, so overall we can 100 % recommend them for even the most challenging Bathroom remodeling jobs. We, our-self would work with him any time again, in fact want to work together with Todd for our Guest Bathroom remodeling .

We are so thrilled with the way it turned out. The cuts are neat, lines are level, joint work is clean and overall just a fantastic job, using a fairly complex tile shape. It's clear the work was done by a professional. Todd performed the work himself as his work partner was not available to assist. It took 2 days to finish the work and Todd was very effective at maintaining communication (e.g. start times, when he would be back, etc.) His quote was competitive with others I received, and he was very clear about scheduling the work. He took time to listen to and answer all my questions. Will absolutely recommend to others looking for any tile work.

We could not be any happier with Todd and his crew. They're very talented and meticulous with every step and task that they did. To top it all off, they're so nice and genuine. Just overall really great people and easy to work and talk with. To anyone who is looking around for someone to start their home project, no need to look anywhere else.

Todd Morrissey gave me a quote by email after I emailed him with dimensions and photos of the powder room.  The work included the removal of the old flooring and toilet and installation of the new flooring that we provided along with the reinstall of the toilet.  The quote was reasonable for the work that needed to be done.  Todd gave me a date for installation based upon my availability.  Todd and his helper Dave showed up on time and finished the job in one day.  We are pleased with the results.

Gave me a quick quote by text which was very helpful. He came a couple weeks earlier than scheduled which was awesome. He keep the work area clean and was very patient with my very curious 3 year old.

The whole project went extremely well.  We are delighted with the results! Todd and his partner Dave were both excellent to work with.  This was our first bathroom remodel so Todd walked us through all the details and offered suggestions where we were unsure.  He is a stickler for quality.  The new tile is perfectly laid - no imperfections or glitches.  He and Dave take great pride in their work and pay attention to details.  Todd was also very accommodating as we worked through some changes.  He and Dave were always punctual, took great care with cleanliness in our house, and removed all old material promptly.    <br /> I found T M Tile & Stone on Angie's List with very positive comments about Todd's quality of work.  I want to add my high praise for the job on our bathroom remodel.  I highly recommend them for future work and plan to hire them for other tile work in our house in the future. <br />

We are very pleased. Todd was in the middle of the price range of the 4 estimates I got. He gave me an estimate over the phone based on information I gave him about the job. Final price was the same as the estimate. He got us a discount on the tile and didn't charge us for the few extra pieces he had to go back and get to complete the job. The back splash really completes the updates to the kitchen that we recently had done. We've had many compliments on it. It was approximately 33 square feet. We used honed travertine and mozaic glass block with pencil borders. <br />

Went very well. Todd is the owner, converted tub to a modern very functional shower.  Achieved a perfectly balanced look.  Never seemed like he was rushing! Todd and Dave were very helpful and did not mind them being in my home. Would recommend them and use this company again!

Todd was fantastic to work with.  He does great work at a reasonable price.  My bathroom looked terrific after the tub and tile installation that Todd performed.  He takes his time, does things right, and is a very personable person to deal with.  I would highly recommend his services.  One thing that I really liked is how they waterproofed the shower area prior to the tile installation. This was a differentiator from other contractors that I spoke with prior to hiring Todd.  I was very impressed overall. <br />

The owner was very prompt, priced competitively, very professional and was exceedingly neat/tidy in how he left the work site each day; happy to recommend his work anytime.

After a terrible bathroom remodel several years ago from another contractor, we decided to use Angie's List to find someone who could the job right.  We called several contractors and received a few quotes.  We were impressed with Todd because he took the time to explain what needed to be done.  He also provided some ideas that would improve the look of the bathroom.  I took care of the demolition so we could minimize the number of surprises that would come up during the remodel.  Todd was able to correct a wiring problem and partially correct a plumbing issue in the first couple days that was caused by the last contractor.  Todd had mentioned that there was going to be additional cost to correct these issues.   <br /> During the project, Todd and Dave took their time and were very diligent in replacing the drywall and laying the tile. They did an excellent job with laying the tile.  However when they reinstalled the double vanity, the right sink was leaking.  I notified Todd of this and he stopped by the next day to complete the repair.  He said the sink should be fixed and we could use it the next day.  When we used the sinks, I noticed the right sink was still leaking.  I called Todd and he stopped by a couple days later.  He mentioned that he had worked on both sinks, tested them and everything should be working fine.  Unfortunately, the left sink was leaking.  I notified Todd early in the morning.  He responded the next day and mentioned he could stop over the following week.  Since this was the fourth time the sink leaked since it was reinstalled, we ended up reaching out to another plumber on Angie's List to fix the problem. <br /> Overall, we are happy with the bathroom remodel but disappointed with the last two days of the project since it seemed there was a rush to the finish.  Some of the small details were overlooked and we have a sink that will be fixed by another plumber.    <br /> I would grade the tile work and drywall replacement an A but lower marks on the plumbing. <br /> <br /> 10/12/15:  7 months since the remodel, we noticed the grout had a couple areas with hairline cracks.  Todd came out within a week and repaired it.  No other issues anywhere else.  The bathroom still looks great. <br />

Todd was very professional and capable.  He spent a lot of time with me reviewing the job and the quote.  3 other service providers provided quotes - and even though Todd was not the lowest, I felt very comfortable that he would do a good job.  And he di not disappoint me.   <br /> He was responsive, and punctual and very capable.  He recommended several tile suppliers and passed through his wholesale discount.  He was a perfectionist on the job and did everything right - refusing to take any shortcuts.  When running into several unforeseen issues with the sub-floor, he address them and completed the job to my satisfaction.   <br /> The job was done perfectly, on-time, at cost.  I would recommend Todd to anyone looking to have a tile, stone or flooring job done. <br /> I will use Todd again. <br />

Todd did a great job. He even helped me finish up some plumbing, as I was running behind when he got there. Excellent tile job, he has a good eye for what looks good, as well as being a master installer. Very thorough, does all the backer board himself to ensure a level, even surface. <br /> I'm very happy with his work.

When we first reached out to Todd via Angie's List, we gave him (as we did others we contacted) the details of the tile we had selected to have installed.  Before he even reached back to us, he first took the initiative to contact the shop with the tiles, obtain stocking availability and a price quote for the quantity needed.  When he phoned, he had all information ready, including optional installation dates.  As his price was reasonable and his Angie's Lists ratings top notch, we said Yes. <br /> Todd was on time, courteous, professional yet approachable, clean, and knowledgeable.  He helped us with final touch decisions and the results are perfect. <br /> <br /> <br />

Todd met with us to discuss our needs, and followed up with a written quote for work within two days.  When we contacted him to move forward with the job he set a work date to begin work.  We walked us through the process of getting the tile and he completed the job in a timely manner.  We were very happy with his work and plan to work with him again. <br />

Fantastic!!  From the first meeting Todd was meticulous. This was a total bathroom remodel.   He went over our bathroom, checked everything, measured and promptly emailed a detailed estimate.  We began shopping for tile and had difficulty getting the material.  First tile came in all chipped and broken and we had to restart the search for material.  This took a long time and Todd couldn't have been more patient. <br /> <br /> Our material hadn't arrived by the start date and Todd worked us into his schedule quickly when it arrived.  It was a pleasure to have Todd working in our house from start to finish.  He protected all of our floors with plastic and drop cloths from bathroom to exterior door.  Todd did the demolition meticulously cleaning up at the end of every day, including the garage where he stored his tools and equipment.  He completely rebuilt our shower from the studs and corrected the angles of the curb. <br /> <br /> He moved all our plumbing in the shower and set the vanity cabinets.  Next laid all our tile, hand beveling where needed.  Todd came when he said he would, stayed on our job once he started and finished on time. We had 3 estimates for for shower surrounds and everyone of them raved about the quality of our shower installation.  They all said they don't see that kind of quality often anymore. (Todd had brought the shower walls and curb to absolutely straight and level)  2 asked for Todd's card. We couldn't have been any happier with the work Todd did for us.  Best remodeling experience we have ever had.   Just an incredibly skilled craftsman with attention to detail and a great person to work with.

If you are looking for the best tile guy - look no further. Todd Morissey is an absolute breath of fresh air - he's an expert in his trade, he's punctual, his price is the best and his work is flawless. I couldn't be happier with the work he did. Todd worked with me at every turn, met every commitment and made me feel like a member of the family was doing the work. <br /> He's listed under "ceramic tile" on this forum, but he placed natural slate and brushed, unfinished natural travertine in an entryway, kitchen, bath and shower surround. Natural travertine is notoriously fragile (I planned for 15% waste), but I ended up with less than 1% waste using Todd and returned the excess tile for a full refund. The pattern I picked was Versaille - not a very intuitive pattern to plan or layout. Todd made it look easy. He knows tricks (such as not to screw your cement board to the floor - use nails) that only comes with years of experience. Todd was able to get the tile to transition to my hardwood floor at exactly the same level - eliminating the need for T molding or other transition. The stone and wood blend together into one flow that just looks fantastic. <br /> I had another contractor quote the job - which left me with a quote that was over $1000 higher than Todd - and with more doubts about "maybe we'll have to rip that out and level that some more, that will be more money of course".  No way. Don't waste your time, pick Todd. <br /> I've built my own house in 2007 and dealt with a fair number of contractors - you simply won't find anyone better. <br /> <br />

The service was very good. He went above and beyond our expectations.

Originally they quoted a much larger and more costly job that we wanted done including minor remodeling of 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately we sustained a couple of major problems with our well and our septic system which ate up a large portion of our budget  we had set aside for this remodeling. So now the job went from a $15,000 job to a $1500 job. Todd the owner was understanding and in order to make up for some of the work we asked if he could do the doors and electrical. He agreed. I was going to do the painting. I started to do the painting and had an accident with the ladder slipping out from under me when I was at the 12 foot level and sustained a injury. Thank goodness they were on site. One of the workers helped me get up and get the paint out of my eyes and off my face. While Todd cleaned the paint off of the tile before any damage could occur. In addition Todd arranged for a painter to come in the next day and paint out the kitchen for a very modest cost.  <br /> T&M Tile is a small but very good company. As you can see from above they do what ever needs to be done when it need to be done. <br /> I would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality job done at a reasonable price by people that go the extra mile and really do care.
