I had a very tough stain created by dark colored laundry detergent that spilled into the carpet. I could not get rid of it myself despite multiple attempts. It would always come back to the surface after it dried. They came several times, applied different treatments each time and saved my carpet which saved me $$$. Otherwise I would have to replace it. They really care, have reasonable prices so I will use them again.

They communicated well with a traffic delay on the date of service. The carpet cleaning was thorough and gave new life to my 5 year old builder grade carpet. Absolutely would rehire again.

It was great. We thought that we might have mold, after a flood and a brief absence from our home. Beverly called and consulted with me and had an opening the next day. We scheduled and Deivis came promptly at the time we arranged (he even texted an hour before the appointment to let us know he was on his way). Deivis was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and explained everything, removing baseboards to look for mold and checking everything. He found some on the outside of the baseboards, but not behind them and suggested that perhaps we had mold in our drywall. He did the cleaning in the basement and bedrooms and was just lovely. We originally thought that he was going to need to tear out the carpet in the basement, but because there was no mold present the job was much less involved and expensive than originally quoted. And - as Deivis suggested (unfortunately) we did have mold in our drywall. Once we reconstruct the basement (everything had to be torn down to the studs and remediated), TNT will be on our list again to clean up post-construction, and I'll specifically request Deivis!

It went well. Chris showed up in a timely manner, actually early. He was in and out. He was very courteous and professional; the furniture was cleaned very nicely. In addition, the price was great and scheduling was easy.

I called Beverly in a bind because our condo on Airbnb was left in disarray by a guest who snuck a cat in. She got back to me right away, was super pleasant on the phone and they were able to come out the next day. Carlos came out to clean our white couch full of black cat, and a mattress with some fresh cat urine and got them both looking fantastic. Prices were totally reasonable as well. I would definitely hire TNT again.

Had the carpeting in my home cleaned by Chris. I'm quite pleased, especially since the carpets were dry in no time. Chris was very nice and polite.

Excellent. The team was very professional. They did an outstanding job and made sure that the stairs were dried in a timely manner. We had problems with carpet cleaning services in the past with stairs that didn't dry properly and therefore became very musty smelling. TNT never let this happen. They are affordable, responsive, and do a terrific job of cleaning!

Keith was a pleasure to deal with - very professional and responsive. His crew had car issues on the morning of the appointment and had to reschedule. Knowing how urgently I needed to get the carpet cleaned, he was able to squeeze me in 2 days later on an early morning. The crew was very cordial and professional and communicated very clearly. The price was unbeatable. I would definitely use them again.
