Everything went well, Definitely would hire again

Very well. John and Sean who performed the work and Mark were all very professional, courteous and quite willing to answer any questions we may have had about the work being performed and any other landscaping questions we may have had.

The only reason I rated this "D" and not "F" is because the quality of work was good.  However, it was not worth the 3+ contacts required to get a response each time - via e-mail, phone, text, etc.  It was not worth the delays of weeks in between visits because of a) the lack of response to our requests for follow up, and more b) the fact that this business owner was not prepared to handle the volume of work he had when we requested service - but did not indicate that to us when we bought this package.  AND it was NOT the value that it was advertised to be.  The business owner blames the AngiesList rep for overstating the 'true underlying' value of $4k.  But basically we paid about $30/head - which is barely competitive to other landscapers in our area.  Certainly not the 67% off value that was advertised. <br /> The owner was professional when it came to interactions and seemed to have good intentions.  But good intentions do not run a business, nor do they get my landscaping work done after I had prepaid. My husband and I agreed on this review and will not work with TNT again. <br />

<p>Mark Torres is a very professional contractor with the expertise to build a quality fence.  He explained everything they planned to do before construction began.  All work was completed and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.  The cost was a little more than other estimates, but the quality of work and materials was well worth the expense.  </p> <br />

Provider was contacted via email and followed up promptly.  The owner came by and gave an estimate.  Services were performed as agreed by Mark (owner) and his crew.  Mark is upfront, hard-working, professional, and polite.  Plan to continue lawn mowing services with TNT and am working to decide how to landscape the lot.  Mark has offered some great ideas.  Once the landscape decision is made, I will have TNT do the landscape. <br /> <br />

<p>In June a storm damaged some of my trees; I called Mark and he showed up the next day, we agreed on a plan and a fee of 1000.00 per day to repair the damage and prune all of my trees. He estimated it would take about 3 days.  He showed up on the appointed day and began.</p> <p>During his work he discovered a tree that posed a safety problem, so we agreed to remove it for an additional amount of 400.00 </p> <p>Mark and his crew worked very quickly and they completed the job in about 3-1/4 days.</p> <p>The job consisted of:</p> <p>Repairing 6 trees with large broken branches. Pruning a variety of 36 Mature Oaks and Sycamores, felling 1 mature Sycamore, and all the cleanup and haul away. Plus a second light pick up of small twigs and branches 3 weeks later, after the wind had loosened a few small pieces. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /></p> <br />

Mark is a very friendly, knowledgeable and hard working guy. Brings a great crew and quality equipment to the job. Our riding mower had to go in for service the other day, so I found TNT here on Angie's List. Mark came out to see what had to be done and gave us an estimate. Came at the scheduled time and we're very respectful of the things we asked they not trim too close to, like the tiny fawn my wife spotted nestled in the grass not far away. They did an excellent job and the place looks great.

We had cut down several trees on our property (8-10" diameter -- fast-growing weed-trees, not hardwoods or anything!) and needed to have them hauled away. TNT came out quickly, gave us a bid, and had the work done quickly and well. They left no trash or brush behind, and we were happy with the job.

 The job went well.  As I recall the job took about 4 or 5 days. 

The overall project was actually a breath of fresh air if you can believe it! I had originally requested 3 bids for the project and TNT had the most competitive pricing. However, what earned my business was their eagerness to the come to New Braunfels, the time they took to explain the process of what they would be doing, providing good sound landscape suggestions and their cheerful accommodation of me changing my mind about where to place the plants at the last minute. After they finished the project, you could not tell they had ever been there by the way the cleaned up...washed down the driveway and sidewalks, hauled off the empty pots/containers and didn't stuff my trash cans full of post-project trash. Mark also followed up with a phone call to make I was pleased with their service. Their quality is easy to see in the overall project, but it was the extreme attention Mark and his crew paid to the small details that won me over-which always seem to get overlooked by most contractors.
