Just wow. I had several large oak trees removed from behind a fenced-in yard. The trees were actually hanging over my fence, so this was very precise and delicate work. Tony and his remarkable crew came in with a crane and dismantled the trees piece by piece, moving the pieces over my house and garage and into the front yard where they were further dismantled and put into a chipper. It was a spectacle to behold. They had to remove parts of two fences and my mailbox in order to do all of this, but everything was restored exactly they way it had been. Amazing! It looks fantastic, and every single member of the T & N team was incredibly nice and friendly on top of it. All businesses should take note: THIS is how you do customer service.

They were on time, did a great job, cleaned up all the debris, chipped it and hauled it away. There had been some question about whether the small tree would come out cleanly or would require stump grinding (at an additional fee). No grinding needed and no extra charge levied.

Great!!! The crew of four worked very hard and efficiently. Our yard, a corner lot, looked so much better, and the threat of falling branches was removed. The crew even asked us if we were satisfied with their work, and further asked if there was any aspect of their work that required additional attention. They showed great attention to detail, with our satisfaction as one of their primary goals. Workers were friendly and polite! Very impressive!

They did all they advertised they would do, and more. At the end of the day, they asked if we were satisfied or if there was anything else? I did come up with "one more thing" which they promptly and cheerfully completed. They were all friendly and helpful and hard working! I would hire them again in a heartbeat! I highly recommend this group!

Well, it was initially hard to communicate, as to when the work will commence. They were definitely communication issues throughout the period from first paying for this service, and until it's completion. I met with one of the workers, because the owner couldn't come himself, I outlined what I wanted done ,for the price and hours that was part of the Angie's list deal. Upon completion, what I had outlined was not what was done. I was told that it was not possible to get to a tree that was my primary concern. I only found out about this when I saw the crew cleaning up and asked about this tree. It also wasn't three guys iand eight hours, and was told that because there were four guys that it was less hours, but again no communication until the very end when I asked about it. As previously reported by others, 4 guys were not working the majority of the time. also I was never offered to keep the Wood chips which I would've liked to have done. When I inquired, I heard something about the fact that for this price we're going to take them. The two trees they did take down, seemed to go fine. A clay chiminea was broken, and made note of, but that was the end of it All in all, as I was home the entire day, I felt the communication was not there regarding the job I outlined in person with a worker from the crew. My expectations of the job were not fulfilled. It seemed as if they were in a hurry to get to another place, and I had no recourse since payment had already been made.

The work went well. Tony and his crew of 5 (or so) took about a day and a half to complete the job. They did everything we asked and left the job site clean. The work was professionally done.

I was surprised to find that they do not start working the first thing in the morning.  I must have been crazy to think that the three men for 8 hours which was part of the deal would start work at the beginning of a normal 8 hour day say 8-8:30ish.  At 9:30 we called Tony and left a message.  10:15 4 guys show up and begin working.  Maybe I should explain working, Tony was working and the other three guys watched.  They didn't use a chain saw and they couldn't even put branches into the chipper.  Tony was the only person using equipment ( with the exception of two brief periods where 1 guy used the bobcat) so when it was time to chip branches he would use the bobcat and pick them up while the other three basically watched Tony work. This meant that only one thing could happen at a time.  He was the only person using the lift  (others watched), he used the chain saw (others watched), he used the bobcat (others watched).  To be fair they did drive the truck up and down the driveway. At about 3:30 when one tree was still standing and the stump grinding still hadn't been done the "help" started talking about going home, not even the advertised 8 hours of labor.  I made a comment to them about finishing the job and that they didn't get here until 10:15. One of the workers actually began arguing with me that he was there at 9:30 (which he wasn't). The deal was for 3 workers for 8 hours, a total of 24 hours of labor, we got 4 people, 1of which worked, they were going to leave after about 5 1/2 hours.  I voiced my dissatisfaction, reminded Tony that he chose the trees and the amount of them.  In the end the trees came down and I spoke to Tony.  I can say that yes I did get the trees down and Tony is a great worker. I am left with a lot of cigarette butts around my yard, a stump that was not ground down and three piles of logs too large for me to move and too wide for my 16 inch chainsaw.  His explanation for his rude and nonworking help, "that was my son". and "good help is hard to find".  Yes it is and unfortunately, my experience with this tree company only further proves that statement. <br />

We needed two large spruce trees that were against the house removed and another in the front yard that was ugly. We called several different tree companies to come out and give estimates, one company wanted $600 a tree and that was just to cut it down, not to remove it or grind the stumps! Another company wanted $300 a tree and they wanted to drag the trees elsewhere on the property, and no stump grinding. This was the third company on our list of recommended tree removal specialists. We called them last Wednesday to get an estimate. Within a few hours he was out there looking at the job. He came in with a price that beat the others both in price and services. This morning he arrived right on time and got right to work. Within a few hours they removed all traces of the three trees and ground the stumps. We were so pleased with their services, we had them give us an estimate on a future project we plan later this spring. Highly recommend! <br />

Tony's service was excellent.  He came to my house two days after I emailed him through Angie's list to provide a reasonable estimate.  He advised that we wait until after my house was painted for him to do the work so that the debris from the tree cutting would not stick to any wet paint. When we were done painting, I let Tony know and he came out a few days later.  He is very responsive to text messages.  In the middle of the job while I was at work he even sent me a text with a picture of the trees to ask if I wanted him to cut back more. I really appreciated how attentive he was.  When I got home I was amazed at how good it looked.  It was as if those trees and bushes had never even been there.  Everything was level and perfect and there was no debris.  He did a great job.  I am going to talk with him in the spring about doing more work on some other overgrown areas of the property. <br />

The owner, Tony, is very nice and very easy to talk to, explains everything and keeps to his pricing.  I have watched him climb high trees and take limbs down so carefully that there is little to no damage of the lawn underneath (amazing, considering how large the trees were).   He is extremely knowledgeable and honest, plus he is licensed and insured.  I never hesitate to recommend him to family and friends.  I have been doing business with him for tree service and cord wood for approximately 10 years after one of my friends recommended him. <br />
