When I reached out for quote, Todd almost immediately responded to get more details and pictures of job we needed done even though it was a weekend. He was able to schedule to do the work within about week and a half. He was very professional and thorough in completing the work even when he ran into some difficulty with one of the pipes. I would recommend Todd's Plumbing and hire again.

Todd got back to me very quickly on my request for quotes. He happened to have some open time that very afternoon and he gave me a general quote range based on a few "what if's" as I had a multi-job issue with my plumbing needs. I think the total job was a bit more inclusive than Todd might have anticipated but he got right in there and completed the job quickly (especially considering some of the twists we encountered). Todd is a very experienced plumber who worked ho*** ** my job and he is also very cordial and easy to communicate with. I feel great about the job he did and his parting comments..."if anything doesn't seem to be working appropriately, give me a call." I highly recommend Todd's Plumbing.

Anger issues. Upcharge everything, try to scam more work. Work done was trash & not agreed upon. Materials were changed & short cuts were made. Backfill was trash, full of broken asphalt & tree roots the size of my fat arm. driveway, yard, neighbors yard was left torn up and cratered. Mud mounds measuring 4ft tall at the tallest were left scattered along the foundation and as tall as 9inches in the driveway making it nearly impossible to get in and out. At first pull in to my driveway, I hit old driveway chunks buried in mud mounds and destroyed one wheel on my brand new truck. This should have been cleared prior to getting the all done message from them. No path in and out was created. I had to buy a pressure washer and scrape half of my driveway clear, smash big heavy asphalt chunks up into moveable pieces, wash remaining surface down inorder to safely get in/out of driveway. new line is 7ft to long in basement and new hole they drilled in foundation leaks. Lawsuit in order.

Todd was very efficient at fixing our outside water faucet when it broke. Was very happy with his work but did lose one star only because His receipt did not have Company name, address or phone number and we had no way of contacting him to verify further work he would be doing for us. He said he had left a message on Angi for us, but we did not know this since this was first time we used Angi.

Todd/Tanner did a fantastic job at one of our remodeling project. I would hire them again. We threw a pretty hard home renovation at them and they figured it out and got the inspections with the city passed taken care of.
