Ordered the service on 5/1/2015. Today is 6/25. Two months later, I am still waiting for the service! <br /> Non-responsive, no communication, never answer phone calls, texting only. <br /> indicate delay due to family emergency, waited about one and half month, no response. <br /> Finally scheduled service for yesterday morning, NO SHOW! <br /> Promised do the service 8am this morning, NO show! No call, no explanation, nothing. <br /> I have to take two days off work waiting for the crew, they don't  even bother to call. <br /> I don't usually write bad reviews, but the way this company conduct business just shocks me. <br /> I feel my consideration and patience been abused and take advantage of, I am not sure you want to put up with this. <br /> Very unprofessional way to do business, very disappointed!

We had set up an open appointment for them to come out, but to call before arrival. However, there was no phone call which could have been a miscommunication. They showed up for the work and completed the job. The job took them a little over two hours. The pricing for the deal was great! They left no mess behind and the area was very clean. Overall, my experience with them was good.

I had used the company for a few years, and I was always happy with its service.  The company was always responsive to my calls, it showed on time, and it did a great job.  The only reason I stopped using the company was that I found another firm to do the same work for $25 as opposed to $35.

We've been using the company for about three years, and everything is going well.  The staff is friendly and professional, they work quickly, and the yard always looks great after they visit.

We've been dealing with Tojo's for about two years, and it's doing a fantastic job.  The company is very accommodating and easy to deal with, the workers are friendly and courteous, and they consistently do good work for us.

I've been using them for a few years, and I'm quite happy with their services.  They always respond quickly to my calls, they do good work, and they charge reasonable prices.

Everything went well, and they did a great job.  The price was very reasonable, and they were the first to call me back.  My in-laws use them as well, and they've had good experiences, too.

I had previously graded Tojo's as an F. Tony called me to say that somehow my yard had been deleted from his work schedule. He promised to have a crew out today to do the work.

Tojo's Lawn Care did a great job in performing the "Big Deal" special of delivering, installing 750 SF of premium grade mulch and left no mess whatsoever when they were finished. The garden looks great and I'm sure the mulch will do its job of keep my garden moist and weed free. Thank you Tojo's!!!
