Repair or Service an Oven or Stovetop
This company was contracted out by Assurant via a Samsung Care + to repair a stove under warranty. The company is apparently a one person operation and they are not professional at all. We agreed upon an afternoon timeframe the day of service. They then called me later on - after I've made arraignments at work - to tell me they may need to reschedule due to weather and flooding streets. It was raining, however I work for the local police department and I knew for a fact no streets in the area were flooded. I told him cancelation was not acceptable, and he said he would try to make it, and would call me later on. Well, several calls and texts to him later that went unanswered and lo and behold no call no show. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.
