"Unfortunately the day he called me I was at urgent care finding out I had Covid, and the rest of the week until now I’ve been bed written. While I was at [Member Name Removed]’s house I was there to Regrout the mess in the shower, the amount of black mold that I cleaned and scraped out was by far the worst I’ve ever seen in 25 years, we cleaned up the mess with multiple chemicals and regrouted, used color matching silicone, and re siliconed the outside of the shower doors. As far as the “leak” there is no “leak”, the “leak” [Member Name Removed] is referring too is from him and I quote “my 40 year old son and his girlfriend throw water around and splash in the tub, they don’t know to act their age” as well as [Member Name Removed] pouring the water as high as about 3 inches from the edge of the top of the tub, then started splashing water at the shower body and water them flying outside through the small gap in the shower door. The only thing that could be done in that situation is to put a plastic 3m tape washer stuck on the doors to give that gap a little more security but from the 3 star review I’m assuming [Member Name Removed] believed I was going to be able to build a waterproof dome in his bathtub. There is no way to fix something like that, he put both hands together, cupped them and splashed a gallon of water at the wall. I’m sorry but the only way to avoid your “leak” is to not act like you’re visiting Dorney park & wild water kingdom in your bath tub. Just to clarify things for anyone seeing this. You’ll never find somebody more involved into perfecting your project in your home more than myself, the love I put into my jobs speaks for itself in my photos. I’ve built my business on living to please everybody. I but my clients before my self. So while I was in urgent care finding out I had Covid while [Member Name Removed] called me, I count even answer the phone because my throat was too soar and horse to talk at the moment, I went home and passed out, the whole week I’ve been in bed and yesterday I had my [Member Information Removed] guy Stallone drive to 3 different stores to try and find a old discontinued carpet that I know they don’t make anymore, but I was having him do it to try and help out [Member Name Removed] in the event he did find the carpet. By the way, the guys were on a different job working and I had pulled Stallone off to go find the carpet. I know there’s humor in my words here but there’s no humor in suffering in the ignominy from a lie."
