I needed all the wooden cabinets, shelves, and workbenches removed from the walls of my basement so that a waterproofing system could be put in. I then needed that to be all reinstalled so that it hung from the joists and did not perforate the plastic waterproofing sheeting that was placed over the walls. This job went fantastically well! Tom got back to me right away, was able to come right away, and really saved my bacon to get me ready for the water-proofing installation right on time. He put in a big day's work putting everything back better than it was before and came up with inventive ways to reinstall everything so that it wouldn't perforate the sheeting. Without him, I wouldn't have even thought it possible to reinstall everything. Tom was really easy to work with, did what he said he would (and better) and did it on time. He's the best!

Tom did a wonderful job. He tore down our existing porch and hauled it all away. He cleaned up everyday before he left. Very Professional. Our new porch is beautiful, the quality is excellent. He made sure everything was done top notch. The price was very reasonable. He actually did extras that we weren't even expecting. We would definitely recommend him!!!!!!!! He even made friends with our dog. She ate lunch with him everyday..

Tom did an absolutely amazing job fixing my house after a water leak. He was punctual, professional, and went beyond the call of duty multiple times. More than anything, he is a quality, trustworthy man. I would not hesitate to hire again and could not recommend him any more highly.

I needed to repair the sub floor under a leaking water heater and was short on time. Tom responded right away and finished the repair 2 days after I called. When I need more work done I'll be calling him.

We are so glad that we hired Tom to do this work! He did a fabulous job with the remodeling project! Here are some things that we noted along the way: 1) He was careful to keep dust confined as best as possible. 2) We didn't give him a key to the house, but told him that he could just exit through the front door at the end of each day, leaving it unlocked. However, he wanted the house to be secured for us, so he locked the front door, and just stepped over the garage door sensor as it was closing. We were appreciative of his consideration and ingenuity. 3) He placed drop cloths from the garage door all the way through the house to the bathroom so that he wouldn't track up the floor and carpet. (He removed them at the end of each day) 4) He always showed up when he said he would. If he was running a bit late for some reason, he would send a text saying when he would be there. 5) He was dedicated to our project alone for the entire time it took to complete. 6) He worked consistently each day - from around 9:00 am - 4:30 pm. 7) He kept in touch with us constantly, showing us things, wanting our opinions, letting us know if he was going to be picking something up, etc. 8) He paid attention to detail, wanting everything to be as perfect as possible. 9) He listened well, and went out of his way to do little things that were important to us. 10) He was friendly and easy to talk with. 11) He was entirely trustworthy. We left him working in our house all day while we were gone.

Tom screened in our existing covered porch for us. I initially contacted him via Angie's List and then received a phone call to set up an appointment. Tom recommended we use solar screens vs. traditional screens and I'm so glad we did. We went with the 80% UV blockage screens in brown. They also provide some privacy from the outside looking in, which wasn't a big concern for us but it a nice plus. Tom and 1 other employee completed the work in two (very hot!) days. He also built us a custom screen door using Douglas Fir to match the existing deck wood. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and will likely hire Tom for additional projects around the house.

Tom did an excellent job on several large projects. After I initially contacted him, he got back to me right away and gave me very reasonable quotes for work he could begin the very next week. He worked efficiently, professionally, and skillfully in completing a total remodel of my bathroom, which had serious structural issues. He also replaced my kitchen countertop and backsplash, as well as built stairs from my back deck. When I realized I wanted a different look for the deck, he redid the posts without any hesitation. Tom put me in touch with wonderful installers, plumbers, and roofers as issues came up. He was also extremely helpful in completing other work around the house as they came up, including installing a shelf, opening a stuck window, clearing a dryer vent -- all without charge. He's devoted to his trade and takes great pride in doing a fantastic job. Above all, he wants you to be happy with the work he's done.

Job went great and the finished product is beautiful -- a totally remodeled master bathroom. It is truly our dream master bathroom. Tom's work improved our quality of life and his work and recommendations exceeded expectations. In addition to the work quality, Tom was a pleasure to work with and it was a joy to have him in our home. We completely remodeled our bathroom from top to bottom -- new toilet, sink, shower, etc., with subway tiles on the walls and marble mosaic tiles on the floor. Tom is a perfectionist and everything looks wonderful. We will definitely go to Tom again for additional work on our house. Tom was efficient and never sacrificed any details. I'd recommend him for anything.

Tom Nagle is a true artisan. He transformed our 1990s bathroom into a true masterpiece. His work is superior and he delivers more than is expected of him. I would recommend Tom highly to anyone thinking about a home improvement project.

Beautifully! Tom was prompt on all counts - arriving to give an estimate, starting the job, and working tirelessly to get the job done in the timeframe he quoted. He took a bathroom that was truthfully a wreck (I was unaware of how bad it really was, when I bought the house in November) and completely transformed it! It turned out so beautifully that I've been telling my friends I'm going to put a velvet rope across the doorway and charge them to walk by and look at it. I could not be happier with the work he did.

Tom did an outstanding job remodeling two existing bathrooms in our home. He created a beautiful walk-in tile shower in the master bathroom, custom shelving in both bathrooms and made many suggestions to help us decide how to make everything work and come together. Tom always answered our questions and concerns and was professional and responsive. Tom was on time everyday and did not leave until he completed the work. He definitely cares about his work and does not cut corners! We love our new bathrooms! We would highly recommend Tom and will be using him for all future work in our home!

Tom is an incredibly talented man. He did an absolutely outstanding job. Compeley gutted my master bath down to the studs. Even had to tear out and rebuild the floor because of past water damage. Superior quality work and did it all in exactly two weeks. He kept me informed every step of the way to insure my complete satisfaction. I could not recommend him more highly and would not hesitate hiring him again.

Tom is very very good at what he does. He keeps you updated with what and when he is doing things. He explains everything really good. He is always punctual. Tom is not just a contractor now, he has become a friend.

Tom is great!! He is punctual and professional. He kept me well informed throughout the whole process and he was running a little late one morning and he even texted me to let me know. Those are the little things that mean a lot to me. He did an absolutely great job remodeling my bathroom. He replaced the existing tile around the bathtub and took my old one piece shower insert out and replaced it with a beautiful tile shower. I am so pleased with his work and professionalism. He even made a special effort to put down a drop cloth on my floor and cleaned up every day before leaving! If you need any type of home remodeling, I don't think you could go wrong with hiring Tom!!

Great, have had many compliments. Older house where the original contractor cut corners and left work without completing the job.

Outstanding. Tom rescued us from a bad situation where repeated water damage under the shower had been eating away at our subfloor for years - to the point where it had practically rotted away. Tom treated for mold, repaired the sub floor, put in a new shower basin and drain system and re-tiled the floor and the shower. It was a big project that Tom was able to tackle exceedingly well. Let me also say that Tom really provided a personal touch to the work. You can tell he cares about his clients and will go the extra mile. Case-in-point: our bathroom and shower tile, which was about 8 years old at the time, was impossible to find. Tom went around the area to a number of dealers, but had no luck in finding the same tile. So, he painstakingly went back to his workshop and ground down many of our existing tiles so they would still match. The bathroom floor and walls of the shower look as great as they always have. Tom also completed some other punch list items we needed done around the house. Bottom line: great work, great service, great personality, and great results at a fair price. I could not be more pleased. Hire this man and you will not be sorry.

Tom replaced a rotting deck on the back of our house with a gorgeous one. We had marked the layout of the deck with twine as we wanted it to go to our aboveground pool. He arrived at the house slightly before I came home from work and had already looked over the layout and made suggestions. I have used Tom on other work at our house; he is very detailed, thinks of all possibilities and will make suggestions as to what may work better for the homeowner and the project. He is meticulous in his work; but very quick and took great care that it was built properly. There were a couple of changes that we made after he started and he incorporated them with no problem at all. HIs work can't be beat for quality and price.

Everything went well until my floors started to separate after a couple of months.   <br>I have been trying to get Tom to fix them for over a year now.   <br>He does not respond to emails or answer or return calls.   <br> <br> <br>

Tom is an amazing craftsman.  He is not a carpenter or a remodeling company, he is a craftsman, an artist, and totally awesome.  I am a repeat customer and I don't want anyone except Tom to do my work.  His attention to detail is amazing.  His work is perfect.  He makes sure everything is perfect or he does it over.  There isn't a word in the English language to describe his work.  He takes pride in his work, he loves his work, and he does it right.  He is always on time and there when he says he will be.  He cleans up his mess EVERY DAY>  he is totally amazing.  If you like makeovers on HGTV you haven't seen anything until you see what Tom can do.  I only wish I could post the before and after pictures.  You would be totally blown away.  We certainly are.
