Great!! Tom came out less than 24 hours after Tropical Storm Isiasis passed through the area and blew a large tree limb onto our house. He removed the limb, inspected the roof for possible damage and after giving us the 'all clear', refused payment! I highly recommend Tom and he'll be the first call I make for any future roof related needs. Thanks again Tom!

Tom responded the next day to a request for an estimate. He provided an immediate written estimate and the work was done on schedule when he said it would be done. Some unexpected problems occurred with the porch railing installation which resulted in additional cost to the contractor but he honored his estimate and did not try to pass those costs on to me. The workmen were friendly and professional and cleaned up when they were done. I had cheaper estimates but to have someone who shows up on schedule and does a nice job means a lot to me and I am willing to pay additional money for good service and a quality product.
