He was really pleasant and easy to get along with, and he did a great job.

Tom arrived on time for the orignial meeting. He looked at what had to be done and explained what and how he would handle the job. He volunteered to purchase the locks and slides that we would need to do the work. On the day that he came to do the work, he arrived on time, with the necessary items and completed each task without any problems.  He was very polite, courteous, and professional.  It was so great to have Tom come, give an estimate, and then come back and do the work without any issues.  I would definately recommed him and plan to use him any time I need something done around the house.  During our initall meeting,  I showed him stained glass lampshade and explained that it was loose and I could not figure why it would not tighen.  Tom took the shade off, remove a washer, replaced the shade and it was tight and is still doing great.  This was not part of the scope of work but he took the time and fixed the shade so that I could use it without worrying if it would fall off. I really appreciated the extra effort.  You don't find many workermen that will take the time to do something that is not part of their scope of work. As I said, I will not hesitate to use Tom again.  He was honest, on time and did what he said he would do at the price he quoted and now everything is in working order.  Yeah. .

I called this company after seeing a coupon on Angie's List. Tommy was very quick to respond and stop by to give me an estimate, which I felt was very reasonable. He and his crew started right away and worked hard to get the job done in about 3 days, even after facing some difficulties replacing the screen due to the existing deck not being quite square. They were all very friendly, courteous, and professional. Tommy is extremely dependable and honest, and I would use this company again.

I fell for this guy on Angie's List. He was rated with a B. I gave this guy a great review because I didn't realize how bad a job he and his workers did until it was too late. He swore he had 27 years of experience. Rainwater poured through my roof for god knows how long, before it became obvious that my attic was flooding. My ceiling burst with rainwater months after the job was done. This guy came back a few times to repair and patch but eventually began avoiding me until he became unreachable. I was so devastated that I blamed myself for being scamed. Couldn't face what I had allowed to happen and lived with the nightmare of trying to keep my leaky roof tarped for the next three years until I could come up with the money to have it done right. Can't afford a lawyer. Sickness in my soul prevented me from getting back on Angie's list to tell the truth, until now. It's a trauma that I hope others will not have to endure. DO NOT HIRE TOMMY HARRIS, if he still goes by that name. <br /> <br /> <br />

I can't tell you how nice it was to have some one actually show up like they said they would which is rare in that area. We can count on one hand how many times that has happened. Being from another state, that is a great draw to use these guys again. They were very friendly and did their work very professionally. There was no problem with them coming back to do the other work with us not being at the cabin which is really great. We would definately be using this company again.

He came to the house when he promised and immediately went to work. I had been having problems with the outdoor spotlights for some time and he traced the problem back until he found the solution! He has done other work for me ie. installed a kitchen sink, weatherstriping all my exterior doors, fixed a leak in an exterior door installed new door casing. His card also says roofing, flooring and dry wall! I don't think there is anything he can't do!
