Work is fine, but trying to get him to commit to a date or time is almost impossible. Despite using him on numerous occasions the last time he didn't even have the professionalism to return my call.

very professional he took care of all the details with my warranty and ordering of parts. The first unit that was delivered was damaged. tom wasted no time calling the supplier and having a new unit delivered the next day. Work was completed and cleaned up. I would recommend tom to all. He is now my plumber of choice.no need to play poke and hope I now have some one that will do it right the first time .and will return my calls. <br />
