<p>They sent out a crews -- it was either three or four guys to do that, but I didn't -- of course, if was faster with four guys -- but I didn't know that they needed to send four guys out. I thought their price was a little high especially given that another company I used at my son's house this year was $230 for a spring cleanup. That was a big difference. And there were two or three fellows on that crew -- there were not four like had been on the other crew. I gave them a B overall primarily because of the pricing. </p>

The gentlemen charged with this task were extremely thoughtful in their packing, wrapping and moving of the furniture. <br />

During the busy season, they were able to squeeze in a small 2 hour job to help me out.  Their guy was ahead of schedule so he called and asked to get to work earlier then we planned, which I was eager to agree to.  He was polite, efficient and did a great job.  I will use these guys for many of my small jobs around the house. <br />

<p>They were 20-30 mins late with no phone call. Two workers arrived, one of whom seemed as though he were in training at best, given the level of instruction he required from the other man and the simplicity of the tasks ("hold this", "go get that out of the van"). It took them upwards of 30-45 minutes to figure out how to install my shower rod (which had accompanying instructions). When drilling in my wall to hang curtains, I heard exclamations such as, "What the h***?" and "Goddamnit." When it was time to leave (on time, but having shorted me about 20 mins of the 2 paid hours), they handed me a bill for 2 man hours x 2 men = 4 man hours. The deal had been for 2 man hours. They didn't tell me beforehand that I'd be paying double what I expected. And the 2nd worker could not function on his own and hardly did any of the work--he watched or assisted, again, with very simple tasks (that I could've done). The two gentlemen ultimately did a good job with the things they did, but more should've been accomplished in 2 hours. They were very kind and pleasant, albeit unprofessional, and I didn't appreciate the language or obvious confusion with what they were doing at times, as they were drilling into my wall. </p> <p>Upon receiving the invoice for double the amount, I discussed all of the above with a female person on the phone. She wasn't helpful or pleasant, and said she'd talk to the boss and get back to me. I never heard back from anyone at all, nor did I receive any more bills (I didn't pay the additional amount).</p> <p>I hadn't intended to leave a bad review or even notify their boss of my bad experience, only because they were so nice and well-meaning. But the customer service on behalf of the female I spoke to, as well as the lack of any follow-up, changed my mind.</p> <br />

I purchased 2 hours of time but all they were able to do was to clean the gutters with a power washer. I realize it snowed the day they came out and I had wanted them to put gutter covers on after cleaning. They stated the shingles were just cracking when they attempted. The neighbors later told me the guy that was on my roof look terrified and did not get within two feet of the edge of the roof line despite being roped up. I don't feel that it should have taken two hours to clean the gutters since I had done them by myself the winter before and it only took me two hours and they had not been cleaned in at least 8 years. <br />

We LOVE HIM! He is responsive, thorough, neat, no trouble at all. <br />

Removed and hauled bags of leaves and debris from cut down trees (limbs and trunks). Workers arrived early and worked diligently. All debris was removed in a timely manner. They also bagged piles of dead grass that were raked that weren't part of the job. <br />

Brian worked quickly and efficiently.  He seemed to know what he was doing. <br /> His partner needed lots of guidance from Brian and made a couple of errors. <br />

My experience with him worked out really good. He was right on time and everything was fine. They called me a couple of days after I bought the Big Deal and they called me a couple of days later. I've got no problem with them. He didn't seem to know that I already purchased the Big Deal ahead of it, because he asked me how I was going to pay. I told him it was already paid for, and it was fine with him. He left. It didn't take him the full two hours. It only took him a half an hour to do it.

We had purchased a house that had two nonworking freezers full of fish in the garage.  It was disgusting.  Tony came and hauled them away.  He really should have brought a helper as they were heavy and I wasn't too much help, but we got them in his truck and he took them away.  Tony had a great attitude and and worked hard and didn't give up. <br />
