I have spoken with many people at Lock tight as each department has their own workers. Through this process everyone has been polite, and great with communication. If they didn’t know something, they passed my information along to someone who did and someone reached out within a few days. They explained the process of my impact windows throughly. They worked with my schedule and were consistent with their dates and times. My inspection was quick and painless and passed the first time. All that’s left is final touches and I’m confident that will done quick and to my satisfaction. I recommend this company as they are professional, honest, communicate well, and courteous to work with.

Everything from start to finish was A+++ I needed a 14+ year old zero gravity chair reupholstered and everything from overall communication, price and workmanship were perfect! This chair was not an easy job and it looks brand new! The quality and detail of the stitching and finishes are first rate (I have very high standards as my mother was a seamstress :) Thank you so much Tony and Karen for everything - I can not recommend you highly enough!

Highly satisfied with the services provided, Karen was prompt, and her suggested choice of fabric for the chair was spot on, it blended well with my existing furniture and the surrounding wall and decor, she was able to assist me by just looking at pictures of the living room, the work done is outstanding and they/she was able to under deliver from her estimated timeframe of the job to be done. I would definitely recommend their services and am so glad to have found honest and thorough business.

Super!!! We had an unusual request to not only reupholster the seats of our six chairs but also to upholster the wooden framed backs. Karen was open to the idea and Tony looked at it for a while and said he could do it. They did an awesome job. The chairs are beautiful. We get complements on them all the time. Also it took less than a week for the whole job to be done. I would highly recommend Tony and his team for quality, price and timeliness for any size job.

Tony did an incredible job. Everything about dealing with him and his company were professional, punctual and every promise was kept. I can't imagine using anyone else in the future.

They were super. The work went fabulously. Karen and Tony were very accommodating. They were patient and professional. Their work was done exactly as was promised and the chair looked better than new.

The work itself was high quality. The upholsterer did great work on the chairs themselves. There were two mistakes and I told them about it and they said they would take care of it. When I called them back they said I wouldn't be able to bring it in on a Saturday and that I would have to bring it in during the week. I cannot miss work and am unable to take it during the week. Every time I contact them they are either out of town, have too much business, or are unavailable to do it. The most recent time they said they were backed up for Christmas. The couch itself is beautiful but nobody will sit on it because it's uncomfortable.

Even thought the workmanship was excellent the quality was excellent. There were two things that weren't right. I called and tried to get them rectified and every date I tried, I would have to take off work to do it. I felt like it was their mistake and you don't inconvenience me for a mistake you made. Now if its something extra I want then of course. They wouldn't work with me on that, I have a job that if I don't work I don't get paid and that's not fair. I trusted them so much because they had good reviews.

It has been a pleasure and it's a 5000 sq + ft house so I will be hiring them to complete our home for us. They are kind, respectful, punctual and professional. Would HIGHLY suggest hiring them. I wish I could post photos of how beautiful my husbands office and living room turned out.

Tony and Karen were wonderful! I had specific perimeters for the materials used in the cushions and Karen was extremely helpful and accommodating. Tony worked on a Saturday so we could have our cushions in time for a party! The cushions are wonderful. They are beautifully crafted and extremely comfortable,

We had Tony's Unique Upholstery reupholster our large sofa sectional pieces (fabric, foam, and down) about 1-2 years ago and were also extremely pleased also. Definitely recommend and will return in the future.
