It was over a month after purchasing the advertised special on Angie,s list before an appointment was made. The purchase agreement stated they would contact by the dates I listed. However that did not happen. Finally I got a hold of someone by phone after several emails that were returned undeliverable. They had no idea they had a special on Angie's list. After I received a phone call back they were very apologetic and worked with my schedule and got the service accomplished. The service technician was very professional, experienced and courteous. We were very happy with the a/c service. <br />

Toole Tech was a great company to work with.  The technician who provided the quote was extremely <br /> knowledgeable.  He performed a complete inspection <br /> of the home, the existing system, and the existing duct work.   I <br /> wanted to add additional return ducts to obtain better balance of the AC in the <br /> home.  The technician made suggestions on <br /> where to install the new return lines based off room size and existing <br /> ducting.  I also wanted a new supply run <br /> to the walk in closet in the master bedroom.  <br /> They did not try to sell me anything I did not want or need.  I inquired about electronic air filtration <br /> and they felt these were more hype than good.  <br /> Instead they suggested a 4? pleated filter, which offers better air <br /> quality and cost less.  I did my own research <br /> on this claim and found it to be true <br />   <br /> The installation process was smooth.  Their office called to confirm the appointment <br /> and the technicians were on time.  The <br /> original install was delayed a few days due to a supply issue form Trane.  The unit I selected was out of stock.  When Trane failed to ship the unit on-time <br /> the second try, Toole tech was able to provide me the next better model up, at <br /> no charge, to be able to complete my installation on time.  Another small delay was caused by the <br /> technician installing duct work in the attic.  <br />  This was resolved quickly and the <br /> new system was up and running the next day. <br />   <br /> The professionalism and courtesy, was outstanding.  Their advice was solid, and there was no high <br /> pressure sale tactics, or add-ons.  It <br /> was a very good experience and I highly recommend Toole Tech if you have any AC <br /> needs. <br /> <br /> <br />

At first we just wanted a maintenance service.  It was determined that the valve was bad and needed replacement.  The next day our compressor went down.  They had to replace and revamp the whole system.  They didn't charge us for the valve but the compressor was $1600!  Yikes!  They are extremely responsive.  They are reliable and professional.  I don't know if the price was fair because I don't have anything to compare it to.I will say that they made sure the system was working and even came by to check a few weeks later to verify all was in order. <br />

We lost the upstairs cooling unit in the fall. As it was getting cooler, we kept putting it off to get it fixed. Then the main cooling unit shut down as it was doing double duty when it got warmer. Toole Technologies sent someone out promptly and discovered that the capacitors in both units had gone bad. They replaced them and everything worked fine. The servicemen they sent out were professional in every way. They showed up when they said they would. Discovered the problems and gave me a price. The work was done in minimal time. I would definitely use them again and recommend them for heating and A/C work. <br />

After having AC system yearly inspection it was determined I needed a UV light in one of the systems for mildew.  A light had already been placed in the other unit.  I found Toole Technologies name on Angies List and called for an appointment.  The owner of the company showed up right on schdule and confirmed that I did indeed need the light.  He installed the light with relative ease.  I ask that he check in the one already installed in my other unit and he did so without hesitation.  The entire process was no more than thirty minutes. <br />

My A/C stopped cooling, so I purchased an Angie's List coupon ($60) for service from Toole Technologies. After an inspection of my A/C unit,the technician suspected it to be a costly repair (replacement of an outside coil). The technician that did the initial inspection was very thorough and even though I trusted his findings, I was convinced by family members to have a second inspection done. The second inspection and testing (more extensive) cost $120. When it confirmed what the technician suspected, Toole Technologies was able to offer a new installation. After choosing the unit we wanted installed, two days later the crew was there installing the unit. Not only were they on time, very friendly and respectful to myself and the neighbors, but they were also extremely professional and obviously know their business. They took their time and ensured a dynamic installation. I was kept informed of each step of the installation; they showed me ways that they made up for the slope of my land; they showed me the thoroughness of the inside installation; and the explained how to operate the system as well. All of that, and they deducted the cost of the second inspection and testing from the cost of the unit installation. I was very pleased with their work. The only complaint I have is that the unit did not come with an air filter, and it is an odd size. Seems strange that an expensive A/C system does not come with such an inexpensive, disposable item with which to start the unit. I found the filters at Home Depot and Lowes, however they are special order at both places. So, I ordered a case and once I receive them I will be set for the next year, at least. Other than that, I love my new unit and the work ethics and professionalism I found through Toole Technologies. I have recommended them to neighbors and other family members, and hope their business grows as a result.

Along with inspecting my furnace, he also inspected our air conditioner and added more coolant. He told us to keep an eye on it to make see if it was leaking or just hadn't been topped of in a while. He also showed me the difference between regular heat and emergency heat.

After having 5 bids for my AC, that stopped working and left my house warm and miserable,  Toole Technology was the only company that was very professional and noticed duct work problems in the attic which was the reason why some of our rooms were not cooling like other rooms of our house.  They were very reasonable and put the system in right away and my house is cooler than it has ever been and the service was great.  They guarantee all the work that they do.  I am extremely happy with them.
