Rudy was extremely professional and reliable. He purchased all the parts that we requested, came in a timely manner and made sure we were satisfied. Would call him again in a hearbeat!

This guy came shaking and all nervous to give me my estimate. He gave me 3 different prices on the same job and then when I asked him about it, he was all sorts of confused. He came to give me an estimate on Monday. He said he would call me that night with a quote. He called me on Wednesday with a price for half the job. I then called him Saturday and left him a message to see what had happened. He called me hours later with some lame excuse. I could hear right through this guy's voice he was lying.

I contracted with Rudy (Tools to the Rescue LLC) to performed several ceiling repair jobs in my mother's home. In one case he repair a damage ceramic tile ceiling. In another, after replacing the ceiling wallboard, he painted the surface and installed new moulding. In both cases the work product was exceptional. Equally important, he not only completed the job in a timely manner, but also kept me informed of his progress. Finally, he left the job site cleaner than when he started. I highly recommend Rudy and Tools to the Rescue LLC.

My primary project was to have my stairs refinished (applying wood putty to fill holes left from carpet install, sanding, painting and staining). I am very satisfied with the finished product. The stairs turned out beautifully. Rudy is very personable and was always professional, arriving on time each day and working diligently. His work is reasonably priced and well done. I have a couple of smaller jobs that I will be calling him back to do and would highly recommend him to others.

I needed someone willing and capable to do a number of varied small jobs - about 3-4 hours of work. Rudy listened carefully to my list of items and quoted me a fair price. He worked quickly and efficiently through the various repairs (grouting, spackling, hanging blinds and towel bars, repairs to a linoleum floor, insulating an air conditioner, etc.) I would recommend Rudy without question and I would gladly use him again

Up until now, I've had a very poor track record of hiring competent people to work in my home. I'm happy to say that I have finally found someone that I would hire again and recommend to my friends and family. Rudy did a great job in measuring and installing new blinds throughout my house. He also took care of lots of little jobs like hanging shelves, changing smoke alarm batteries...jobs that other handymen didn't want to bother with. His workmanship was excellent. Not only did he appear on time, he was also courteous and his prices were fair. I definitely plan onusing Rudy for other projects in my home.

Rudy did a nice job correcting some work another carpenter did poorly. The area around my front door was in bad shape. Paint was pealing and trim was missing. Rudy replaced the trim and painted, ignoring my concerns that it was too cold to paint. Now a month later the paint is bleeding and cracking. I also have a basement window that needs to be repaired. Because he could not replace the window with something I liked, he called on Jan. 27 to say he would come the next day and take another look. I never heard from again. I called him on Feb 3 and left him a message, but I never heard from him. Up until then he had been reliable.

Overall I am very pleased with the service. Rudy was very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job to solve the problem. The only issue with the service (minor compared to the big work done) was that the wooden floor was scratched a bit while moving the furniture (it was a heavy piece).

Rudy and his Assistant were very Courteous and Professional. They worked out issues that they had not expected to encounter without changed the original price quoted. They stayed till 9PM to complete the job in one day as promised even though they ran into unexpected things that caused more work. Absolutely satisfied and would definiatly call on them again.
