Kitchen remodels are hard. The most important room in the house is off-line. One of your bathrooms has to become a default sink in kitchen. So it takes a lot of patience to live in the house while your kitchen is being remodeled. Everything went basically according to plan there were some delays because of supply chain issues and changes that we wanted made that were not part of the original plan. But all in all we got through it fine. Top-Pro Home Builders were responsive to our needs and if any problems came up they took care of it. Tom is exceptionally patient and good natured. Same for Adam. I would definitely use them again.

I am a client of Top Pro Homes Builders, and I had the privilege of meeting with Ilan. I was amazed by his character and how he provided such a beautiful design for my home. He managed to do it within my budget and got me some fantastic deals on some fixtures for my new home.

Top Pro Home Builders helped me create an addition to my home that I could use for anything. I used it as an office, workout room, and guest bedroom. They were able to do this for me without any problems. The result of the project was terrific. I now have more space in my home!

I wish I could add more than five stars here as a specialty because Top Pro Home Builders is worth recommending without hesitation. From when I first met with Top Pro for consultation, they set the standard of what will be achieved, showed me the saves and the compromises, and then went on to deliver an immaculate home remodel. It is not only grand in design, but also scale. the job was executed quickly, under budget, and executed with high-quality materials. I am more than pleased with the results.

I was glad I found this company because it is obvious they care about their customers and put customers first. Elon was our project manager and took the time to go over our options for our room addition. We appreciated him going over the process of room addition and being there to go over questions as we had them. Once the room addition was complete, it over exceeded our expectations!

This company is completely incompetent. We hired them for a basic bathroom remodel, which should have taken 3-4 weeks. It took over 3 months, before they eventually abandoned the job. Some of the highlights of working with this company include: - Causing a flood in our neighbor's unit, resulting in a $30k insurance claim - Missing multiple inspections - Never closing permits - Damaging a door and telling us to "get a new one at Home Depot" - Installing a water shut off, then drywalling over the access panel - Lack of knowledge and attention to detail Ilan the "contractor" doesn't actually have a contractor's license. He rents one from some old guy who isn't involved in the business. Furthermore, it's clear he's a salesperson who knows nothing about construction. He only showed up to the project when we threatened to fire his incompetent company. Some of their workers are OK, but they require tons of hands on guidance, since Green Remodeling doesn't know the first thing about construction or project management and will basically leave it to the homeowner to do their job for them. Stay away. Don't get fooled by their paid reviews. They actually offered to pay us to show our place and promote their company - that's how they do business.

To fully appreciate this disaster you have to be willing to take a minute to read the whole story After 3 poor attempts at doing the wood tile in my kitchen and the tile in the laundry room (I repeat- THREE ATTEMPTS . Including demo and material cost for each attempt that I paid for) They quite literally just quit and stopped showing up or answering phone calls or texts. Eventually they left us with a completely unfinished/demolished kitchen, demolished backsplash , cracked marble countertop, and without a stove, washer and dryer for 4 months..They stopped answering calls, emails or texts despite receiving payment. After writing this initial review and threatening to take them to court, someone from the team finally responded- Ilan. He demanded i take down the review since he would start back up on my project asap. In good faith, I took it down. After our meeting, he agreed to pay for the material/ tile the FORTH time around. However we had to wait almost 2 months for it to arrive because it was out of stock, and when it finally did, the order was for JUST 5 boxes!!! THEY KNEW we needed 25 boxes to complete the job, and they only ordered....5. I WAS LIVID SHOCKED BOILING Up until this point I have already paid for $20000 in labor and $3000 in material costs which was supposed to have gotten us to the final stages of the renovation but like I mentioned earlier - I am still living in a very incomplete/demolished kitchen / laundry room (for 7months now with no stove) .. on top of that Ilan found it appropriate to demand another $4,000 saying the floor work wouldn't get done without it. They took the money and have since disappeared again and stopped answering calls or texts. Did I mention, they removed all my original wooden cabinet doors to refinish them but after weeks and weeks of no update on the cabinets- I learned that they had actually LOST THEM. THEY. LOST. MY. CABINETS. There have also been numerous scheduling, communication and quality control issues. Every subcontractor I talked to kept telling me "these guys are strange, I'm not going to work with them again, this will be the last time". I also found out later that they basically hired A FRAMER to do my kitchen floors which is why there were so many f*ck ups in the first place (uneven spacing, not level, chipped tile, inconsistent pattern work..nightmare. ) He had no idea what he was doing and never done tile work like it before (he admitted this to me). It would take another 2000 words to accurately describe all the other smaller, equally annoying issues that held me up or costed me more money along the way during the duration of this 7month nightmare. Working with Green Remodeling and Beyond has been one of THE MOST stressful mistakes I've ever made in my adult life. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. We will be taking them to court and filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I would NOT recommend working with ANYONE at Green Remodeling including ; Leo, Owen, or Ilan.
