I am so happy that I chose Jeremy and Top A1 Construction! He is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain things in a way that I could easily understand. Top A1 worked with my insurance company to accomplish the job above and beyond my expectations. After tearing off 3 layers of old roofing, they put down new plywood decking on my house and garage then ice and water shield,Deck Air vents and new Premium shingles. And they did the job from start to finish in just ONE DAY. I would recommend A1 Top Contracting to anyone wanting a top quality job done.

Jeremy (owner) spent a considerable amount of his time with us reviewing options related to our home repairs.We had a severe hail storm causing extensive damage to our house. Jeremy worked with our insurance adjuster to secure approval for repairs.I believe that without his knowledge we would not have received the required repairs and quality of replacement materials used on our house.He is very active in the industry attending regular seminars keeping informed with current products and procedures.In addition to in person meetings Jeremy was always available via cell phone. January 22, 2020 Wow! Got a new roof & gutters plus my garage door repaired all for free, thanks to Jeremy, the owner of Top A1 Contracting! Never even thought I needed a new roof nor could I afford one. But Jeremy met with State Farm during the roof inspection at my house, and State Farm saw hail damage from last June, 2019, and decided to pay for everything! New roof & gutters!! Jeremy then spent hours of his time at my kitchen table to insure that my new roof would be of the best quality that money can buy. He made sure that I understood all the details, and all the options available to me. Jeremy kept in touch throughout, and my new roof got put on in half a day & in November! Jeremy gives you the most for your money with the highest quality workmanship. He goes way above, and beyond the required standard for roofing materials. Jeremy, and his company aim to be the best! Once I got my new roof, Jeremy then made sure that I had the highest quality oversized gutters, and wire mesh screens for gutter guards. And, the rotted wood around my big garage door was replaced and aluminum wrapped like new! Now I have this beautiful new roof, and gutters to look at every time I come home for the rest of my life. And it was free! All thanks to Jeremy! Jeremy is not just a contractor, he’s your friend. Jeremy is a totally honest, responsible, and accommodating contractor to have work on your home. Willing to work with you on the finances, on your own terms. Jeremy is there for you. Jeremy handled the whole process with State Farm, and never pressured me for all the money that was to come. Knowing Jeremy as a contractor just put so so at ease in being reassured that I was getting the best of everything. So grateful to Jeremy. All a dream come true!?

Job was scheduled, workers arrived on time (friendly people) and new gutters were installed. They even did some drip flashing repair . They cleaned up and the whole job was done in about 6 hours. They did excellent work and I can honestly recommend.

Top A1 Contracting replaced our Roof, Siding,and Gutters back in July 2018. Jeremy the owner is Amazing, Honest and Professional. He handled my claim from start to finish, He was able to work with my insurance company. He made sure we got the full amount that we where entitled too, To be honest at first seeing my neighbors get there roof done i was nervous, I was talking to some of my neighbors and hearing some of there complaints they experience with there contractor's but with Top A1 Contracting and Jeremy being there walking me through the whole installation process and showing up to my home everyday, Making sure everything was getting done on time, I had a A+++ EXPERIENCE,I highly recommend these guys we love the way our home looks , just want to say thanks Top A1 Contracting.
