Daniel did well on the one in the bathroom, however left the sawdust for us to clean up. He did not finish the job and still owes John $180.00 because he was paid in advance. We have called and left many messages, which he has ignored. John is a senior on a fixed income and really needs his money back for a job/service not performed. We do NOT recommend him. If only we could get in touch with him to discuss why he isn't returning the money!!!! His phone never gets answered. This has been going on prior to December, 2020. He won't call us back.

Daniel did a great job. He works hard at getting the job done in a timely manner. He offers fair pricing. I would hire Daniel again.

Excellent! Daniel was very professional and reasonably priced. He was prompt, friendly and willing to work and I’d definitely hire him again and totally recommend him and his services to anyone that might be in need. He got the job done in my short time frame too, as I was moving and it was kind of an emergency.

Daniel provided a fair estimate (40% of the first contractor I called for the job) and completed the work the same day, the job was fairly small. Work was quality and Daniel ensured that I was satisfied with the end result. Would definitely hire again for jobs big or small.

Daniel was very professional. The thing I liked best was that he cleaned up after himself! He did exactly what was expected and was very polite. I definitely would hire him again....in fact, I recommended my brother use him for some things he needs done at his house.

Daniel is an amazing young man. He was able to get the trellis down with not a problem at all. Did an excellent job cleaning up and doing what he was asked to do. And his pricing is extremely reasonable. I’m quite satisfied with him and have sent him to another person’s home because they need work done too.

Everything was perfect. Daniel is responsive, friendly and efficient. He definitely knows what he’s doing and is equipped to handle just about anything. All of the work was completed to perfection. I recently bought a house and have dealt with many folks. Never again. Seriously, Daniel is the only way to go. Do yourself a huge favor and hire him!

It all went well. I had 3 properties for Daniel to service, and he took care of all the problems in a timely manner.

Daniel was hired to remove a window air conditioner, replace with another. He was polite & considerate, checking with me to make sure he did job exactly the way I wanted. Good worker.

Daniel did a wonderful job with all that I asked of him. The work I had him complete included: interior painting, door frame repair, deck maintenance, and an entertainment center installation. I have already rescheduled Daniel to return for additional work and I feel I have found a reliable handyman for future projects.
