I purchased an Angie's List deal for a tune up & maintenance, but also let the provider know I was having an issue with the door not closing reliably. Ben called me within an hour to schedule, and he was very polite, Two days later he arrived on time, quickly found the problem (bad sensor) and told me what was needed to fix it (replace the sensor). After that he went through what seems like every working part of my doors and checked them, lubricated and adjusted everything possible until he was satisfied they were as perfect as he could make them (the wood doors & opener are 17 yrs old). He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, a great experience. I'll call him in the future whenever I need garage door service.

Outstanding service and prompt responses to my calls. Ben did a great job installing a new 16x7 garage door at my parents' home in Cicero. He was on time and did just an excellent job. He was very patient with my older parents and answered all questions. I will definitely hire Ben again in the future.

Overall service was a full maintenance as the garage door hardware was 20 years old & I wanted to proactively replace wear components before something catastrophic occurred. At my request we did the springs (one was broken which had prompted the call), cables, rail, opener bracket, opener, and all fobs/keypads. New unit is quieter than the old one. Everything runs smoother. It has Wi-Fi so we can check door status (and open/close) on our phones, which is great for those "did I remember to close the door" moments. Ben was great to work with. Professional and easy going. No pressure to up-sell. He was responsive and got everything done same day. Quality work all around and I would easily recommend.

Ben came out a few hours after I called. We discussed options and I decided to go with a new garage door opener vs repairing the old one based on age and cost. In a little over an hour, new garage door opener installed along with keypad. He also took away all the boxes, old opener, and cleaned up after himself.

Ben was the first to contact me with offerings of his service. We agreed upon a time as I was planning to be away. Ben and his partner arrived on time and were excellent with their services. They carefully explained each step and answered all of my questions to my liking. They assured my garage door opener opened and closed perfectly, taking the time to reset as needed. Ben also helped to assure the rubber seal on the bottom of the door was set to my desire as I was a bit uncomfortable with that, at first. Great job and highly recommended by me, and I am a very stern critic of services.

We called Ben at 6:00pm and he was here at 7:00. He was very knowledgeable, professional and polite. The work was done by 8:30pm and everything was left in excellent condition at a very reasonable price . We would definitely recommend to anyone at anytime.

Ben spent quality time listening and thinking in order to figure out the problem with our door. We appreciated his patience and willingness to figure out the problem versus just telling us we need to replace the springs and tension cables. We ended up not needing to replace anything since he was able to make adjustments to correct the problem. His price is very fair and his work is excellent. My garage door opener broke. I called top garage door pros, they arrived forty minutes later. After examining the opener Ben suggested to replace the opener since it's from 96 and the gear was stuck. He installed the new opener very fast and left the garage clean! I'm very pleased with the service and price!
