Top gun paving

My wife had already reviewed with a glowing recommendation. Me, not so much. They were in a big rush to finish on a day when no rain was forecast but it rained most of the day. As a result, an area by the back door was done incorrectly and they did a lousy job on the window frames, so I'll be doing some touch-up. Calls were answered with "we'll fix it" to no avail. Moreover, they left paint all over my driveway. No way would I recommend Top Gun Paving after this experience.

Mr. Wells contacted me from Top Gun Paving which was approved by Angie's list. I asked him for an estimate for paving my parent's drive way. I do not live in Austin so I asked my sister to meet a man named Sam at my parents home to give us an estimate. Sam indicated that he had some work near by and he would just order more materials and could pave the driveway. His first quote was $4,800.00 and after negotiating the price of $4,500.00 was agreed on. Sam assured me that they would to a great job and we would be very pleased and happy. So I agreed to let them do the work. They paved the driveway on the 2nd of July and we were told not to walk or drive on it for 24hours. The paving looked uneven and discolored to my sister but Sam said it would be fine after it dried. The next day my sister went to the house and found the HORRIFIC site. The pavement was uneven, some white stuff had been put on top (they said it was cement) it was discolored, there were bubbles on the pavement. In addition there was asphalt and white stuff on my parent's grass and all over the street. Just a mess. My sister took a video of the driveway so that I could see the MESS. I was very disappointed and discussed. I called Mr. Wells and shared with him that this MESS must be corrected. I asked him to personally go to the house and look at the job and to see how it could be correct and get the problem resolved. He told me that he would check the job. I waited a couple of day but no contact was made by Mr. Wells nor Sam. I called Mr. Wells again and he said that it had been raining and he would follow up. Nothing has been done to date. At this point I am afraid to allow them to do anything to the driveway. The rating on all areas is minus ZERO.

They were supposed to come back and fix the road. The guy gave his word and never returned. Later he came by the house saying he had more asphalt asking if we wanted to add more but we said not until you fix your job. Again he promised to come on a Saturday and never returned. Beware of these guys. Check the internet you cannot find a physical location, it does not exist. 1240 N Hwy 123 Bypass is the Conner of an intersection. no construction company found. Terrible work, road is falling apart.

Excellent. I couldn't be more pleased with my driveway and the work that was performed. They treated my place and the job as if it was their own

It went very well. He's very knowledgeable of what he's doing. William is a fine man, great guy, easy to work with, and very respectful. They go above and beyond and did more than what I paid them to do.

They were good, professional and they did a really good job. I'd recommend them other people.
