My screened in porch came out beautiful! All the workers were very professional from start to finish. From the first consultation to the last handshake of a job completed, my experience was very pleasurable. Great job! Thank you Top Homes Construction! I look forward to spending a lot of time on my screened porch.

Top Homes Construction is the best company I've ever used for home renovations. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available. Alex Jr was fantastic. He was extremely attentive and always immediately available to answer all my questions. The company was transparent and upfront about the total cost. There were no hidden fees or upcharges. Moreover, I received four quotes from four different contractors and these guys beat all their prices for the same services with equivalent, if not better, materials. The quality of the work was outstanding. Top-notch!

What a fantastic experience with a high quality and professional company and crew. My mother had her sun room enclosed and the job was top notch from start to finish. The estimate was on point, the crew worked efficiently and the quality is incredible. The owner's son Alex was always available for any questions and was friendly to our family. The crew was always courteous and worked hard all day. We recommend them to friends, family. And anyone who is looking for a great construction company.

Top Homes was amazing they created an amazing low maintenance patio so quick and with a great price, and they also went above and beyond to remodel my master bedroom (created a walk-in shower and a new closet) optimizing my space. Thanks a lot!

We are very happy with the final project. It turned out as discussed. This was a very difficult project because of the many construction phases and that the new work had to blend in with the existing structure. It was important that when finished the old and the new had to look like it was all completed at the same time. Alex coordinated the project to ensure the work was all completed as discussed.

The team at Top Homes Construction did a very nice job remodeling our bathroom, and, they did it on time. We asked for a completion date of x and they beat it by 2 days, with no overruns (cost target was hit). We recommend Top Homes Construction for any remodeling work.

(Work was done on 2 separate condos. The first was extensive shower remodel along w sink updates. The second condo was an extensive complete remodel) I have worked with many contractors from remodels to complete custom home builds - Top Home Construction has been one of my very favorites bc of their ability and willingness to stay working on the job (not continually putting me on the back burner), and their level of communication. We were doing the remodel from out-of-state and Alex was very communicative (calls, pics, vids), as well as recognizing reasonable problems and presenting well reasoned solutions. They were very creative in bathroom remodel and made it better than my previous plans. I would absolutely hire them again, and I'll use them when I need them in the future. I've already recommended them to our realtor.

Top Homes was awesome. They worked hard to add a covered porch to our back patio. They also completed electrical work to install a fan. Alex and his crew were wonderful to work with. They were great with communication and always willing to go the extra mile. We would recommend them over anyone else!

Alex and Ramon were clear and concise with what we wanted. They provided excellent communication and the final product was more amazing than I ever imagined it could be! Their workers showed up on time and stayed late to make sure the project was done before the time promised. I am definitely going to hire Top Homes Construction again for all my future needs!
