Excellent work. Real professionals. During an extensive renovation project, I had numerous vendors in my home. They were from the few that came on the date specified and completed the work exactly as discussed - for the price quoted. A pleasure to deal with. Truly TOP of the LINE.

I did a lot of research and knew the windows I wanted. Topline was one of a few companies that carried them, but the best reviewed and easiest to deal with. Tom and his team are professional and transparent. You know exactly what is going to happen, when and how much it will cost. No surprises. The new windows are door are phenomenal. Neighbors have stopped by to compliment the work. And we actually reset the thermostat down a few degrees because the house was getting too warm!

They are excellent and honest. They told me the two windows only needed repaired and not replaced. I would highly recommend them and I will hire them again.

Very Well! Put deposit down about 3 weeks ago- windows installed yesterday. Window installation- workers were punctual ( a bit early but would have waited if necessary!) and answered all my questions- they were very nice. Four workers- which meant that the house was not drafty for long ( cold weather!) and the removal and installation of windows took about 3 hours ( note: amount of time window holes did not have windows on them was much, much less but did not time it -maybe 10- 20 ? minutes per window is just a guess). The men caulked and did a real cleanup. I was not stressed at all during installation- went smoothly. Windows came with half screen each- which is moveable.

The entire process was very professional. The sales agent came out in April and gave us an estimate and we signed a contract with him a couple months later. The door and custom transom took approximately 8 weeks, which was a little longer than we anticipated, but it was well worth the wait. My husband and I are both happy. High quality materials and excellent installation. We will definitely work with them again.

The experience of working with Tom was consistent with our initial window project! He explained our options and suggestions for the best door according to our budget! Door arrived in the time he had stated!Installer came as scheduled and work was done efficiently and neatly! Experienced a problem with caulking but Tom didn’t hesitate to make it right! The second go round was as equally a good experience as our window installation! Couldn’t be happier!

I called the top two rated Angie's List companies in my area of Brooklyn and both responded. Topline quickly viewed my home and sent me a bid along with additional suggestions. I asked for and received another manufacturer's white vinyl shake siding and it was a perfect siding match (the original siding company is out of business). The second company was difficult to reach, but eventually responded, but with a bid a few hundred dollars more than Topline. I selected Topline and they arrived exactly on time on the day they said they would. They worked quickly and neatly, removing my old siding and installing to perfection my new siding and corner posts. They swept up completely and also cleaned out the debris in my gutters. The work crew (3 men) worked quickly and were very polite. During the early stages of the work the owner showed up to observe how his crew was performing. Very professional. In the end, it was an excellent job at a fair price. I recommend.

Absolutely I would use this provider again, as a matter of fact just recommended them to a friend of mine and actually to quote her text message she sent me on Tuesday "Just had the door installed, love it, love it, love it thank you so much for the recommendation.  I'm telling, their a phenomenal company.  Their service, no, no they really are.  The professionalism of the installers was incredible.  Then the installer put something in to my back, he came by himself, he not only sealed it as much as he could, he gave us his personal cell phone number and said if there's any problem, to call him back the next day.  And this is a guy that's an employee, it's not even, the owner of the company came to give us our price and our measurements and all of that, so initially I dealt with the owner, then I dealt with the service foreman at the office who was punctual, he followed up and gave me details and then the workers that came.  It's just from soup to nuts beginning I have never, and I am calling them back for additional work.  Their workers were professional, prompt, courteous, clean with what they were doing.  Went beyond what they needed to do as workers.  The owner when he came to do his estimate was very explicit in what he was explaining, didn't try to push products on us, tried to work with us,  tried to feel out what it was that we needed.  The support staff in the office was very helpful in making sure that the job got completed in the timely and efficient manner.  I, personally, I mean you called about a good topic because I usually don't have good experiences and this was just, I felt comfortable referring it and the friend I actually referred them to is a very picky type person and she actually had just been finished with another type of contractor  that redid her kitchen and said yeah the job was okay, so to see the message from her going I love it, love it, love it is I am telling you from beginning to end.  Her experience was even, she was asking to have some other jobs done and he was even able to give her decent referrals for other jobs as well.

Prompt and fair estimate, quick scheduling, excellent work, reasonable price. Tom is a good guy to deal with.

I called Topline to get an estimate. They arrived when they said they would, and Tom was very patient in explaining to me what we would need done and the options he had. When we decided to go ahead with it, they sent employees who worked very hard and almost nonstop for a day and half. The price we paid was excellent for the services provided. They completely cleaned up after themselves and now we have a beautiful new roof (we even got to choose the tiles we wanted). Would highly recommend.

In both instances Raul and his assistant arrived as scheduled. They were organized and a pleasure to work with. The windows were delivered as promised and installed on schedule. Once completed the house and grounds were left as they found it! A total pleasure working with this business! Highly recommended!

Mike immediately responded to my call for a free estimate, and arrived the next day. He clearly explained the options and did not try to sell us anything we didn't need. His price was excellent(best of three we obtained). The job was done the following week. Three men worked efficiently, neatly, and professionally, and the job was done in one day as promised. I am very pleased with the results, and definitely would use Topline again.

Arrived on time and went straight to work. Took a 30 minute break for lunch. All promises KEPT. I went outsized after they left and could not find a nail in the driveway yard or front of the house. I hired these guys because I have seen their work throughout my neighborhood and it really does stand out. Their work is tight, right, and looks bright. Price was fair ( could have been cheaper but not much and not the quality I received) Recommend YES Use again YES !

Work done as promised over 2 days time. Raul was very professional - no damage to interior walls everything was caulked. After they were done all debris were removed then everything was left cleaned up.

They did an excellent job. I would recommend them to anyone. Every time they do a job they do it perfectly. They are honest.

I first went to their store front to pick out the door, but apparently you're supposed to call them to you for an appointment. My door was ordered from the catalog and so I waited a few weeks while it was made to order. Luckily I had a coupon for money-off and we negotiated $100 off what was the expected price. The amount of work that it took to install the door and frame was amazing. The original wood was all rotted. I had a small issue with how a piece of wood extended from the door jamb, but Michael came out himself to look at it and we decided that it served its' purpose. They don't just cut you off after the work is completed. Oh, and Michael is a joy to work with, no rudeness or inappropriate questions at the appointment like many others these days. I'll use them again. <br />
