ZERO STARS!!!Do not use this company! This is a form of bait & switch where the quoted price is so inflated and if you don't pay, they hold your items "hostage" in the truck. Estimate was less than half the final price. Destroyed our 85" tv, broke two dressers and night stands, rolled our dryer across the yard because they didn't strap to dolley. Move was late Sat to Sun. after banks and post office closed. Scrambled to find Western Union money orders that they wouldn't accept. Left with our receipt. Would not respond to MANY CALLS & EMAILS. Finally gave us name of company to get insurance payment. The $131 they said for all the damages has not been paid after 5 months. I posted reviews and next day got a call from Moving Solutions that if I "CHANGED MY REVIEWS, THEY WOULD GIVE $500 FOR OUR INCONVENIENCE." Rep was to email details and to date no emails or returned calls and it's been almost a month. TRUE SCAM ARTISTS.

Very concise compact and easy to use , reminds you when Bill the Jew and does keep track of what you're spending it has all kinds of features and you never gonna be late with this app i give it FIVE STARS

The team that moved my belongings was excellent, they handled all items carefully and fast. They loaded the truck with the same care and fast. They were friendly and very cooperative. They took the same care and speed at destination. I recommend this company as a top notch mover.

ZERO STARS!!!Do not use this company! This is a form of bait & switch where the quoted price is so inflated and if you don't pay, they hold your items "hostage" in the truck. Move quoted 7/28/25 for $2,993.00 and ended up paying $7,018.64. Truck was loaded late Sat. 9/13/25 and informed that $4475.64 due when delivered. Cash or money order. Banks & post offices closed so 3 trips to Walmart for Western Union money orders (same as what post office uses). Sun. 9/13/25 delivery made and truck being unloaded, the movers refused the money orders. Spent 1-1/2 hours trying to get cash so they would finish moving items. They destroyed a 6-month old 85" tv, broke drawers in two pieces of bedroom suite, rolled dryer across the yard and banged it up, pulled the top off of entertainment center and damaged coffee table. Movers left with our copy of receipt. Immediately called company regarding tv and receipt. No answer from movers, company, sales person or moving rep. Tried over 4 weeks

This was my first time using a moving company and they broke down the process for me in a way where I fully understood what I was paying for and what services I would be receiving. They handled my things with care and they were very trustworthy. Would definitely use their services again!

Misleading pricing from start to finish. What was quoted was not what I paid. The experience felt dishonest. Save your money elsewhere.

Service quality was low for such high pricing. Unexpected fees ruined the whole move. Nothing was clearly explained. Not recommended.

Unprofessional handling and poor communication. The price nearly doubled by the end. No accountability when questioned. Very frustrating experience.
