Terrific. Mr. Ramos truly provided "top notch" professional service. This was NOT an easy job with many rooms, furniture, and lots of moving things around. I would recommend him without reservation. We feel very fortunate to have had him and his team do this labor intensive work at the highest level of quality and attention to detail.

Excellent service! Top Notch is the right description of this company! David scheduled the work immediately for the following day when I called to ask about the deal on Angie's List. He and his helper were totally professional, did an awesome job, and charged a very fair price! I would definitely hire them again for any carpet needs!

Top Notch Carpets were quick to respond to my phone call. I told him that I needed to have some carpeting re-stretched on an upstairs landing and a master bedroom, He was able to do the work within a week of when I called. He arrived on time with an associate. They got to work right away. They did the landing first. Then they went into the master bedroom. All furniture was moved to be sure that they got a good stretch. Then they told me that the 2nd bedroom needed to be restretched a little so as to have a smooth transition to the landing. That was accomplished as well. They were very professional and polite. The job was well done.

The work went very smoothly. David was instrumental in helping us select the best carpet for the use of the space and for our budget. David was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very accommodating and sensitive to our hectic schedule. He delivered on time and as promised. Six years later our carpet still looks great!

He promptly came and gave us a qoute that was fair. We needed it done during the weekend so they were supposed to do it on a Friday and a Saturday but when they discovered that our subfloors was in bad condition and needed to be fixed they worked late Saturday night and even came in most of Sunday to fix it. Very professional.

David and his team were great from the beginning. David came to my home with samples of carpet and we discussed all the details, including furniture moving, type of padding he recommended, the difference in the styles and well as how each style held up to pets and traffic. He went above and beyond in explaining to me what the box stores couldn't. David also had carpet that was a much better quality for the price then what I could find at the box store. It was a pleasure working with a professional. Don't be fooled by the free install the stores advertise. David was able to provide me a better carpet at a better price. <br />
