Top Notch Cleaning provides full service residential & commercial cleaning as well as minor maintenance work i.e. interior painting, minor household repairs, & snow removal. Family owned & operated; we treat your home like it’s our own! We offer discounted flat rate fees for maid services or repeat services (more than once a month). The more appointments scheduled in a month the cheaper the rate is & can be paid monthly after the first clean. It’s a three hour minimum for full deep cleans, move outs, or one time service which depending on how many hours you want us there and everything you want done determines the flat rate. Also we are open 7 days a week & work late hours so if you’re not a morning person or need an evening clean call Top Notch Home Maintenance where we provide commercial & residential cleanings and minor interior/exterior repair & remodels. We NOW offer courier services, so for those of you who need help getting groceries, prescriptions, etc. we are here for you, we have been doing courier services since covid started back in March 2020. Residential: Move out/move in cleans One time deep cleans-two different types of cleanings; we offer the deep clean where we clean the inside of your kitchen appliances i.e. stove, and commercial properties Commercial cleaning- provide regular cleaning services and/or janitorial services to business or commercial properties Carpet cleaning- we provide minor carpet cleaning as well as industrial carpet cleaning Snow removal & lawn services- we offer snow removal for client’s driveways and other areas of the home, and other services; inquire for more details Windows- we provide full service for window cleaning; interior and exterior as well as the removing of screens to clean the sills and screens We provide full home maintenance services, and standard lawn cleanup Courier services- we also provide courier services to people that need assistance with delivery or drop offs Minor repairs and maintenance are also provided i.e. fix holes in the wall, bi-weekly, cabinets, dishwasher, everything is scrubbed top to bottom inside and out & is made to look like a move out clean, in the summer time we offer lawn maintenance i.e. lawn mowing, interior painting, microwave, monthly (great rates offered for these services due our loyalty program) New construction cleans- cleaning newly constructed homes, none of the inside of the appliances, oven, refrigerator, remodels, then we have a deep clean where we provide almost the same type of clean just the surfaces are done though, we care for your home as if it’s our own. We subcontract with several companies to provide all these services and are looking for more. "You can’t find a house cleaner for a reason and that speaks volumes! Also you were demanding that I have only females in your house so I had to try for two weeks to find someone I trust to bring to your home. I ended up not find someone I could trust but I showed up and I did as much as I could in the time I had scheduled, plus you don’t realize that you don’t just pay for the hours worked, you pay for the use of our supplies and the gas and mileage on our vehicles. You were looking for someone that cleans your home for minimum wage and you saw a Hispanic girl that you could take advantage of me and bully around. If you have to say “I’m not trying to be a b****,” then that’s exactly what you are trying to do...you also want me there from the time you wake up for 6-7 hours doing a weekly deeply clean but don’t want to pay for it....you cost me gas and supplies. And I did a whole lot for nothing from you. This isn’t a third world country where rich white people get to hire help and treat them bad and talk to them like they are lesser than you and pay them nothing. The list of weekly cleaning was so long that I should’ve charged you for a deep clean every time I came. You expected so much to be done to your house it would cost you over $200 at least a week with everything you wanted done, with the cost of supplies and gas and labor, plus the fact that you have 2 long haired dogs which means it costs more as well. And what you wanted done every week is a deep clean every time. So you ripped me off and I’ve been to college 3 times, so I’m pretty sure I qualified for the price that you listed above but you only gave me $75. You ripped me off and you expected a whole lot for nothing. That’s why no cleaning company will work for you. Also I was there for over 3 hours and I can prove that with this nifty app that tracks my time and if you can’t afford it or aren’t willing to pay for what you actually want, you’re not going to get it. Nightmare is a perfect description of going to your house to clean. You aren’t above me."
