What I hired for was not in the offered choices for what I needed done, which was repair flooring and toilets. Kept asking for money and then not working or doing really bad work. Had to have it all redone.

He is lying always and stealing the money, saying I will pay back but he is always lying and not answering back, don?t recommend even he has to stop advertising here

He takes your money and he does not perform the job. It may have been my fault for giving him money upfront but I trusted him at first. But he lied. He took my money and disappeared. Completely unacceptable. Nobody has to wait 4 months for a door.

Initially, this contractor appeared to have integrity. He was conscientious in his review and estimate. He promised to complete the job I paid him for, including scheduling time with my tenant. However his professionalism and integrity stopped there. I have not heard from him or his wife (billing/accounting) for 14 days and there is no communication. Plus they have my money!!

It was great he knew what he was doing and didn't tke them long.

Honest company with quality workmanship

After initially coming to repair my siding quickly, 5 days later I had to reach out due to the same piece of siding being loose again. Mike said he would come out the next day but never showed. He is now just ignoring me. A warranty is worthless if the person providing it does not honor it. I feel it was a waste of money as I now have to hire someone else out to fix the siding.

After coming right out to repair my siding I thought Mike from Top Notch was a stand up professional. He left me with a 5 year warranty on the work so I felt safe in hiring him. A warranty is worthless if you contact the contractor 4 days after the work was completed because a repair needs to be made, to the same place, and when youre told hell be there the ext day- he doesn;t show. And when you contact him again because everyone has an off day, he ignores you. Please dont advertise for or send business to contractors like this. It makes me not trust Home Advisor and Top Notch Contractor.

He took off the door, and the the hardware, said he didn't have a part and would return on Monday to finish the job. He billed us $150 for the part and said we would only owe $50 upon return on Monday to fix it. It has been a month since that time almost (before easter). He has broken his word to come back and finish several times, currently there is not even hardware on the door as he didn't put it back on.

He fixed deadbolt so it would work properly.

They were prompt, professional and affordable. I would and will hire them again, Great experience and I am happy to have a new construction contact.

Top-notch has been great to work with. They were able to address my needs provide ideas and work within the budget given. Highly recommend.
