Sergio runs a great business. He is VERY responsive and happy is up to date on the job. He finished in fewer days than expected and we got a fantastic outcome. Prompt, courteous, and excellent business management.

I hired Top Notch to paint the outside (exterior) of my home. I must say, they did an excellent job! The crew was punctual, prepped & cleaned up their work area which was a definate plus! I am extremely happy that my home looks new again! Sergio gave me a great price that was well within my budget & worked around my busy schedule. I highly recommend!

It went extremely badly. Sergio contracted out to 2 or 3 OTHER contractors the drywall and texture work. He came once to bid the job, then I never saw him at the site. The unsupervised work was very shoddy - drywall went over a window (yes!), over outlets and switches, and was done with 30% fewer screws than is standard. Nothing masked or shielded, so paint in tubs, windows, mess in yard, 60 beer cans from the drunk crew, up charges for materials he was to provide... Sounds good on phone, but doesn't care enough to come to job to see it done right. These sheetrock hangers he found did not know what they were doing. He wanted to mix primer into texture vs primer after texture to save time – a big no-no. They had to use my equipment, paint sprayer, tools. Subs begged me to get paid. Texture job was inconsistent and horrible. Blotchy here, and missing there. Corners were smashed and awkward. Do not use Sergio for drywall. Cheapest bid, but cost me more in the long run.

Top notch was great, they handled exterior siding and interior Sheetrock work for me along with new doors and windows. Their price was very competitive and the team went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied.

Very high quality work. Great price. Super communicative with us through the entire process. We paid much more to another company whose work was not as good. Sergio is super friendly and easy to work with. His guys are very respectful. Top notch takes pride in their work. We have a historic home that needed to be scraped, floated, and repainted. Very happy with how those rooms turned out.
